i have a new laptop hp 15-d015sx. the problem is when i install the driver for vedio hd graphics 4000 my system getting restart all the time. and if i uninstall the HD Graphics 4000 driver my system is working properly. can anyone help me for my problem how can i solve my laptop to install the video driver. please help me.

white screen after switch off
My Pavilion G6 laptop works fine, but when I switch it off the screen remains white and is clearly using power, as the battery ran down when I had switched it off, closed it and it was unplugged from the mains.
If I restart it, it powers up fine and I can use it normally. But if it is draining power when closed, I will have difficulty when carrying it around.
Does anyone know what is happening?

Probook 470 G not detecting extended Monitors
I purchased a new probook 470 G and installed with windows 7 , but the notebook is note able to detect any addtional monitor screen like TV . I down loaded the graphics display driver from the link below and now result.

touch screen issue

My screen does not respond to touch, as in the first picture, but after that I put my hand under it, as in the second picture, it respond again.

Hp bios update killed my desktop
I used the hp download program, and it told me my bios needed to be updated. Foolishly I said ok. The computer was working fine then the so called upgrade came down, now the machine no longer works. Turn it on an get a beeping noise only no video, it also seems as if the hard drive isn't' running. Called hp to find out what was going on, they want the machine sent back along with $300 dollars. For a problem they caused!! Never again hp.

Cyberlink YouCam Laggy?
I have the HP 2000 Laptop and I hadn't had any problems since I bought it, but not so long ago I was using the CyberLink YouCam program to make a funny video with my friends and since then the cam has been laggy, not only while using the app but also in other apps like Skype, etc. I'm pretty sure none of them touched anything strange on the Cyberlink app but the laggy webcam is the worst. Do I have to upgrade my app, or fix something in the settings, or anything else? Thank you!

AMD Dual graphics issue

I am using "AMD A10-5750m APU-8650G integrated graphics" with "AMD radeon HD 8670M GPU".....My problem z tat couldn't able to run "watch dogs" with enabling Dual graphics... But wen i disable dual graphics ly intregrated APU graphics can b used, y can't i use my "GPU" Graphics ...
Performance has dropped since updating to the catalyst 14.4 driver,device manager also shows GPU as 8600M series, not an 8670M...Hv verified all the drivers but same problem...

HP Pavilion DV6-2015sw screen problem
Hello!
In few days i've got some problems with my laptop.
If I press the power button, everything is ok, disc working etc. but screen is black and wifi+sound icon on touch panel are orange! I dont know what to do with that, warrantly is out :C
Sometimes that works:
-keep it on by the 1-1.5 hour
-restart
And it works, but not always.
Any idea's?

A problem with switchable function of the new AMD Driver for my HP Pavilion G6-2027TX
Dear HP developers and fans,
Some days ago, I have updated to the newest version of Windows is WIndows 8.1 (with Update 1 included) for my HP Pavilion G6-2027TX. I have the "clean" install from an ISO file of Windows 8.1 (with Update 1 included) from MSDN and when I finished the installation tasks, the new Windows 8.1 have not yet included the drivers of both Intel HD4000 and AMD HD7600M as I saw on the Device Manager of WIndows. However, when I began to download and install some updates from Microsoft, there were included the new drivers of Intel HD4000 and AMD HD7600M. After updating, the whole system is worked fine but only a problem with Configuration Switchable Graphics function of AMD Catalyst version 14.4. For example, normally, the Media Classic Player (MPC) of K-Codec Pack can run with High Performance setting but now this app is locked it and force to Power Saving setting by the driver so I can not adjust anything to my favorite media app (see a screen shoot bellow). Moreover, I have tried install and run some more media apps with High Performance setting such as VLC player, KMPlayer, Quicktime and so on but I got the same result - only working with Power Saving setting .
So is there any problem with those drivers? or I will find some media apps which supported by this new driver?

HP pavilion 17 problems switching amd graphics card
HP pavilion 17 with AMD radeon 8670M
I tried to switch from intel graphics card to AMD graphics card, at the switchable graphics menu.
Switched to high performance at some games, but I still can't run the game at high settings, and even low settings are too high, the game is still a bit slow . I have searched for some solutions, like changing the card in the BIOS, but the setting to change cards, wasn't in the BIOS. Nothing helped, and after a year i still don't have a solution to this problem...
Does anyone knows a solution to this, what am I doing wrong?

Updating switchable graphics using Windows Update
Good evening,
This may be a very silly question, but I couldn't readily find the answer anywhere else.
I have an HP Envy-m6 with switchable graphics, with the usual combination of an Intel HD 4000 and an AMD Radeon HD 7600M card.
When I had just bought the laptop and hadn't realised it had switchable graphics, I made the mistake of updating the drivers for one of these cards via the manufacturer's websites, causing it all to go haywire. I eventually managed to restore this, and was told that the only way in which you can update these drivers is via the driver software offerend on the HP website (or perhap using HP Support Assistant).
However, just today Windows Update indicated it had updates for both the AMD and Intel drivers. My question is simply this: can I update both drivers through Windows Update, or will this cause switchable graphics to break?
If I cannot use Windows Update to update these drivers, is HP going to release a combined driver package that incorporates these new drivers on the Support website at some point?
Apologies if these questions are obivous, but I couldn't readily find the answer elsewhere and I'd rather avoid having to reinstall my drivers from scratch again.

extended monitor after windows 8.1 upgrade
My Pavilion g6 laptop just auto updated to windows 8.1. Now my extended monitor does not work. How do I get the extra monitor to work again? This laptop screen is dinky and I can't see it very well.
