how to solve the problem, display has no damge, I checked it. lines are getting more and more. I don't kow the problem may be it's the video drivers need to uppgrade?

UMA or discrete memory?
Hi there.
I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out the type of memory the DV7 7201ea has. Looking to get a replacement screen and have two different products to choose from depending on the type of graphics memory.
Problem is I have no idea how I would find that out. I've looked on the specs and I'm afraid I don't know what specifically I'm looking for.

Zbook 14 - AMD Firepro drivers problem
I just bought a Zbook 14 that has the AMD Firepro M4100 discrete graphics card. Running Windows 8.1 x64.
But I'm having a huge problem with the drivers.
I tried to install 13.152.1.9002 from the HP site, but when it comes to the AMD Drivers install step the screen turn black and a restart is forced. When the system has rebooted none has been installed.
Intel drivers are fine.
I also tried the newer drivers directly from the AMD site but the forces a blue screen.

Display automatically dims when page contains mostly dark colors
Hello,
My laptop display automatically dims when im viewing pages with mostly dark colors. This is frsutrating because I work mostly on graphics (photoshop) and having this auto dimming is a burden to my work.
I have tried setting the display on the power options, uninstalling the Intel Graphics HD on the programs also turned off the Display Power Saving Technology on the Intel HD Graphics Control. Did I miss anything here?

HP Pavilion 15 doesn't detect Radeon 8670m
I bought an HP Pavillion 15 with the following specs:
CPU: AMD A10-4655 (4CPU) ~2ghz
Ram: 4GB
GPU: AMD Radeon HD 7620G
AMD Radeon 8770m 1GB
Unfortunately I can't seem to use the latter.
My laptop came with Windows 8.1 and I downgraded it to Windows 7 Professional 64bit I've installed several drivers (including ethernet, usb, etc.) but I can't see to get the computer to recognize the model 8 series Radeon

Any recomendations? I've tried installing catalyst control but it hasn't helped me

I purchased hp d002tx on friday. On the same day, when i start laptop at my home grey color horizontal lines are appeared for 30-50sec. After that resolution becomes normal clear display. This problem happens everytime when I start/restart the laptop. I have taken to shop, he said that some vga drivers are not installed correctly and he installed it. Now display is fine. Pls clarify me is it display problem/drivers problem? And also battery backup is less than 2hr30min. Heat emitted in the initial use itself. If it has manufacturing defects, I will replace laptop. If so, with whom I have to contact to replace? Pls reply me fast as I have to decisions....

screen wont turn on
My laptop was finishing updates and it shut down my computer. I tried to turn it back on, the wifi light turns on but there is no noise and no screen display.

Pavillion 17e153 - cyberlink failure to install
I have a new Pavillion 17e153 running Windows 8.1. Cyberlink Media Suite and Power DVD downloaded OK but install failed. I tried a manual install as suggested on the forum but this also failed. Error message # 0x80040702 "failed to load Dll: Reg Key 64 bit."

DV6-1230us Intell 4 Series Express Chipset Family Driver Update
Hello,
I am looking for an updated driver I can download for my Intell 4 Series Express Chipset Family. I started having an issue with being able to edit my GoPro videos with GoPro Cinform studio on my laptop. After contacting GoPro and working through several recomendations nothing seemed to fix the issue so they suggested I download the most current driver. However there lies the problem, because the most current driver on the site is from 2009. Is there a more up to date driver I can download and use?
