Black screen\brightness problem updating hd5650
Goodmorning,
Since the fist time I tried to update ati hd5650 for my dv6-3012 I've experienced black screen and brightness issues.
With every official update from ati since 2010( Date when I bought this machine) I run this terrible problem.
I'm pretty tired dealing with this,Ati Radeon says that it's a facturer problem, and the facturer (HP) says that with it's original driver the display will work.Not being able to update a graphic card is like to have a smartphone with it's base settings, many apps won't work.
I ask if anybody knows where to contact hp for support in Italy, because I cannot find it.
I don't even know if someone from HP is really moderating this forum and could read my post, but it really sucks the fact that in 2010 I chosed Hp for quality, I chosed to invest in a good display card more than I could afford and getting abandoned like this.
If this card won't update, Hp will not be bought anymore from me and my friend.

Random Clicks on HP envy15 - J040TX
When I close the lid of my laptop while still I haven't shut down the system and when I reopen it again, there are random clicks on the laptop screen. It is so frustrating and the clicks occur at a high frequency. I updated drivers of the mouse pad and took some assistance from the HP customer care representatives but it hasn't been fixed yet.
My laptop is still covered in warrantee and I don't know what should I do as I have installed so many software over it and would be too difficult for me to replace it at this stage while my exams are just like a month after. If anyone has come across similar problem and has fixed it successfully, kindly assist me as well.

Notebook to TV via HDMI "no signal"
I'm tearing my hair out trying to connect my hp notebook to my hd tv via HDMI. The computer recognises my TV as being Samsung and I've switched the tv to HDMI1 but all it tells me is "no signal". I've done the whole "extend the desktop", reinstalled the graphics drivers and still the same. Can someone help me please.

HP 8440p Elitebook Display Issues
I hope someone can help me here.
I have several 8440p Elitebooks and one recently developed a problem. The display remains blank when it is turned on. Nothing I have done seems to fix the problem. The laptop will turn off when the lid is closed so the laptop is recognizing the switch. Also when the laptop is used in a dock the remote monitor will work so I know the laptop is fully booting.
I have tried restarting numerous times with out any success. I have attempted to update the drivers and that has not solved the problem either.
With the display open and in the dock and an image on the remote display shining a light on the laptop display does not show any images. However I just noticed very faint images when booting in safe mode.
I dont want to invest in a new display to troubleshoot.
Any suggestions to address this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Built in webcam
I have a HP Pavilion dv6t-6c00 - had a built in webcam. Until recently I had video on Skype through the YouCam - the video does not now appear.
Have tried all the suggestions for webcam troubleshooting for Windows 7 The final thing I tried was to reinstall driver from the HP site - it tried to reinstall but says no webcam device found.
I am not that technical and don't know where else to go to resolve this. Is something else in conflict?

black screen hp compaq g62
hi, i have a hp compaq g62, and the screen start showing like it does not has the right drivers, everithing white becomes light blue, i tough it was the screen, replaced, still the same, change the connection cable, still the same, but now when i start the laptop, it sims to be working, i can hear the fan working, the lights come on, but the screen is black, ive search on internet, and it seems to be a commun problem of hp, is there any advice from your it staff that can help me fix it, appart of replace the motherboard, cause the motherboard is expensive and im not working in the moment, thanks.
ps: if it's really a fault from hp, related with overheating, why hp don't change the motherboard for cheap price at least?

Screen Now Doesn't Work !
Had a HP Pavilion DV9000 for about a week now, was given to me from a friend who had used it once but due to screen problems didn't bother using it . When i first got it, it had all default settings, was basically brand new, only problem was the windows installer couldn't recognise new hardware, and the screen would randomly freeze or black out with a notification saying the display driver had stopped working. After researching about the drivers i discovered about the NVIDIA gforce graphics card for the HP pavilion to have a serious fault, after some help we managed to stop the graphics card from running on start up and for a few hours the laptop ran on default graphics card, which was loads better. Out of no where the screen blacked out, it remained blacked out for a few hours even after restarts, but now the screen doesn't even turn on! What do i do?

so i cant find new new drives for it well i got new amd beta drives from amd home page
and i intall it but it isnt work .after setup complete pc show me some erro mgz.in hp home page i find drives bt it isn t new update it more like 7 or 8 month old.i cant play new game with out gud driver updates if any one have a for it plz help me

HP 8530w - graphics card
Hello.
I own an aging HP 8530w. I must say that it is a very well made laptop, and I recently subjected it to a series of upgrades. Having swapped the original display panel for a nice WUXGA (1920*1200) panel I found myself in need of more processing power. So I swapped the original motherboard and CPU for a combination that would work with the QX9300. Obviously the QX9300 had beefier cooling requirements, so I also upgraded the cooling system. I had to cut away small sections of the casing in order to make them fit. The result is a very snappy laptop that, despite being six years old now, can more than hold its own.
However, as I now mainly use this laptop for couch-gaming after having acquired a severe addiction to Kerbal Space Program, I would like to upgrade the graphics card as well. Originally the computer came with a Quadro 770m which is quite a powerful card in its own right, but the 512Mb VRAM is a bit on the low side when pushing the amount of pixels I am asking of it. And while it is capable of rendering the game with decent enough framerates, I - like most people - want more. Therefore, seeing as it sits in an MXM-II slot, I thought I should be able to upgrade it to a GeForce GT9650M. Having bought the new card I tried installing it, but the only result was that the cooling fan went to turbojet levels and nothing else happened.
So, my question is this; is it possible to swap the graphics card in this laptop? And if so, what must I do in order to do so?
