So my start up screen appeared pink yesterday. Under Personalization, all my swatches were pinks/violets/ oranges even tho when you mouse over them they say Turf Green, Navy, etc. I contacted Microsoft for help, did a reset on the system and nothing has helped. All websites and my games appear to have a pink hue on them. Can anyone help? I also updated everything I could yesterday. Thanks.

- All Drivers are installed.
- I've looked in the BIOS but found nothing to activate it or something like that.
- Do I need to activate it somewhere?
I want to connect my Monitor on the port.

problem with graphics driver versions and Windows 10
i have a problem with my laptop that it was working well last week , but during this week i noticed that amd driver is crashed while opening any game i tried to update and downgrade it and nothing solve it ..... trying to update and downgrade the intel driver too and also nothing solve ...... i have windows 10 1803 64bit , i know hp doesn't support windows 10 for hp pavilion g6-2332 se but it's not fair to stuck in a windows 8 or 8.1 .... as i couldn't do anything for my laptop or working or playing or anything due to this problem , i hope there's a solution for this problem .... thanks in advance

Screen flickering
My laptop screen started to flicker suddenly, it was working fine till then.
25% of upper portion of screen is perfect but 75% bottom portion shows this problem.

HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-bq0xx won't rotate.
Hi, ive had my HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-bq0xx laptop for about a year now. I've only recently noticed that when i put my laptop into tablet mode and ive set it up as a tablet the screen doesnt rotate for some reason. Also ive notived theres no rotate option in the settings bar bottom right of the windows taskbar. I never used the tablet mode a whole lot but it was very useful when needed, so it's bothering me that it's not working now.
Can i please get some help to resolve the issue. Thanks.

Reuse old HP laptop webcam as external USB webcam
Hi everyone, First of all before I start I just want to say I've spent 2 days searching the web for an answer to this question with no luck. Hope to find a good answer here. I have an old HP Pavilion DV7 laptop that I want to reuse the webcam module from as an external USB webcam. I've seen alot of wiring solutions but none match what I have. The module part # is 639387-001 and replacement part #682197-240. The 6 wire colors in order are Green, White, Orange, Red, and smaller gauge brown and black twisted. Can anybody give me the correct pinout for these wires? I need to know the +5, D+, D-, and ground so I can hook to USB wire. Sorry so long but if anybody can help with this it would be greatly appreciated.

White screen with vertical lines after loading operating system

HP 15 Graphics/display issues (tiny dots)
Hello HP servants. this is somewhat off an odd thing that ive never seen before in my laptop career (i dont auctally have a carrer in laptops or computers) however that doesnt matter i bought this laptop off of ebay and i checked when the warranty was over it is currently under no warranty so i turn to this so heres the problem there are some tiny pixels on my screen (black and white) and the appear most to everywhere like on youtube, on home screen, chrome, task bar. That is just a few of the areas.but i hooped onto the boot menu and it caught my eye that well hey there were no messed up pixels it was a normal screen and i was like hey guess that fixed it but no. That is why im here on the forums to question how to fix it and if its fixable. i dont know if i can post any pictures however if you msg i can try to send it to you.. Thank you.

ae003na - Dual External Monitors. What resolution?
I have the following device - HP Spectre X360 ae003na - i7 8th gen, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD, Intel UHD 620
Currently I connect it to my 4K TV, and it's fine, however I am now building an office and want to get dual external monitors. I plan on using USB-C monitors.
Question is, can I run TWO external monitors at 4K?
If not, can I run two external monitors at 1440p?
I have two USB-C ports. I use an external USB-C hub when needed. You can buy USB-C monitors, so the question doesnt relate to the ports but whether the HP Spectre can handle two external monitors running at 4k. I've searched the forums, but there seems to be a lot of confusion of what will and wont work. Hoping someone has this laptop, and has dual external monitors to advise before I spend £1000 on monitors to find they dont work.
P.S I'm not really interested in getting an ultra wide monitor before someone suggests. Any help would be appreciated.

HP Pro Tablet 610 Touch Screen Stops Working Very Frequently (Mostly When I Plug it in for Charging)
My tablet's touch screen has been misbehaving a lot now. Often, I wake it up to get some work done and notice that the touch screen has stopped working again. This doesn't happen very frequently. What does happen very frequently and reliably though is that the touch screen stops working whenever i plug the device in for charging. It happens almost every single time I plug it in and has become very annoying now.
I noticed that this happens because of an error (Code 43) in the I2C HID Device (also, HID-compliant touch screen goes missing when this happens).
Restarting the tablet has often fixed the problem and that's what I had been doing before I figured out better ways to fix it.
As of now, whenever the touch screen stops working, I open the Human Interface Devices section in the Device Manager and right click on "I2C HID Device" to uninstall it.
Then I go into the Action menu and click "Scan for hardware changes" and that reinstalls I2C HID Device and the touch screen becomes responsive again.
But then today, I noticed that this fix doesn't work no matter what as long as the tablet is plugged in for charging. It only works when it's runnning on battery. Also, it's almost only when I plug the device in for charging that the whole touch screen issue happens.
Also, very frequently, when i plug the device OUT, the touch screen stops responding again when I go to wake the device up, after a couple of minutes from when I had plugged it out.
Every time I have to work with the device plugged in and charging, I have to plug it in, notice that the screen is unresponsive yet again, plug it out, connect a mouse, and go through the entire fix before immeditely plugging it back in again (it doesn't stop working that often when I plug it in after performing the entire fix mentioned above, when it does, I go throught the fix and try plugging it in again). Also, for a tiny amount of time after going through this fix, plugging the device in and out and in and out very very very rarely messes up the touch screen again.
Can someone PLEASE tell me why this is happening to my device and how I can fix it permanently, because I don't have a mouse at hand all the time and even when I do, it is very annoying to have to go through the entire fix every single time I plug the device in for charging. I would greatly appreciate any help I can get

Replace touch screen glass only (Spectre x360 13-ac023dx
I opened my laptop to find a cracked screen. It's just the glass as the touchscreen works fine as I run my finger over it and seems to respond to light tapping. I have a two questions and I'm located in Austin, TX.
First my warranty expired one month ago, is there anything I can do to extend it retroactively???
Second, if I can't extend the warranty, what is the best way to replace just the glass. I'm not made of money, but I'm looking for the least expensive way to replace it with reasonable assurance it will turn out working (and looking) the same as it would straight from the factory.

535DX instead of radeon 530
I have bought HP 15 bw522ur few days ago and few days Im trying to install drivers for discrete graphics card AMD Radeon 530. I have reinstalled Windows and drivers for my laptop from official HP site few times but still it identified as Radeon 535dx or R7 M340.
(Driver that I used - AMD High-Definition R5/R7 - Bristol Ridge (Windows 10 v1803) downloaded from https://support.hp.com/ua-ru/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-bw500-laptop-pc/17062204/model/17505005 )
Other drivers from this link installed correctly, integrated Radeon R5 works normal too. (Processor AMD A10-9620p)
Also I have found few same problems with HP 15 bw563ur and bw 564ur on this forum and all recomendations for them are not help me.
1) I have updated BIOS driver firstly and then installed video card driver - not help
2) I have used automated driver installation from official HP web site(HP Support Assistant) - not help
3) I have used AMD drivers from their web-site but discrete graphics card identified now as r7 340 (It is not recommended but I must try) - so not help again
I am going to fully reinstall Windows again and make all the steps from the very beginning, so PLEASE give me correct sequence of drivers installation and may be link to download driver especially for AMD Radeon 530?

i follow the black screen of death guide but i still have the black screen need help
Im have some issues with my laptop so it has a black screen of death but i tried the force restart and it didnt work it would show a a blue pop box and the go black screen again i've tried to connect the laptop to my moniter but nothing happens i've press the f4 button nothing i resseated the ram still nothing i held the window and b key it perfromed the boot update but then went black again im am puzzled cuase i've tried almost everything please help

Hp spectre 360 screen has vertical lines
My 1.5 years old HP spectre started showing few vertical lines as soon as the window boots up. These lines appear along with regular screen and dissappears after few minutes of usage. I assume it as a symptom of a bigger issue which can strike any time. Help needed to know the reason for this issue and possible fix. Thanks in advance
