Issues with the Keyboard
Hello,
Over the last 6 months a client of mine has been having issues using both hardware and touch screen keyboards when typing in text fields of several web sites. (I don't think its related to the browser.)
Basically, the user taps on a text field, the touchscreen keyboard appears, they start typing and can see the keys being "tapped" but no text appears in the field. This does not happen for all text fields, but seems to more often affect mutli-line (paragraph) fields, like "Comments" for example.
We believe the issue came up when they updated their devices to Windows10 version 1803, but moving back to 1709 is not an option for them.
Specifications:
HP Pavilion 23 Touch Monitor
Windows10, Version: 1803, Build: 17134.165
Running in Tablet mode
Internet Explorer IE11, Version: 11.165.17134.0 Update Versions: 11.0.75
Any tips, troubleshooting thoughts or links to exisitng answers would be appreciated,

27ES 27-Inch Display
I received this monitor at the end of June 2018 from my mother for a Birthday gift. Was working fine but today when I came home from work and went to turn it on it will not turn on just a white light nothing else I’ve changed cords. I’ve unhooked everything and hooked it back up but nothing. Was trying to talk with HP Customer Service.

If the display setting of a 4K laptop is set to FHD, will the battery last longer?
If I want to enjoy the benefit of the 4k display at my leasure, can I still set de display option to FHD (1080) in order to save battery time when required.
Will it actually save a significant amount of battery life?

Cursor randomly jumps around screen
Cursor randomly jumps around the screen, some days worse than others. It happens on the login screen and other programs. I have updated the bios, chipset and video drivers. HP Support Assistant is at current version not showing any available updates when checked for updates. All Windows 10 updates have been applied as well.

Connecting two monitors to a laptop
Is it true that this model does not carry video out through usb type C? I have purched multiple adapters and video does not work through usb-c. I also purchased a USB type C dock and i am unable to connect external monitors through USB type C. Could you please confirm so I can return those adapters and get refunded? thanks

I recently updated my favorite game. When I tried to play it afterwords, it said my video card was out of date. I looked, and my video card, the AMD Radeon R4, is no longer supported. I dont have the money for another laptop, so I am hoping to replace the graphics card. What graphics cards could be used on that device?

Video lagging (audio/video out of sync) on laptop
Hello,
I have had this laptop for over a year now and have had no problems like this until a few months ago.
Everytime I play an online video (YouTube, Netflix, anything) the audio and video get out of sync. It starts off fine and then after a few minutes of playing the video, they get progressively more and more out of sync. If I reload the page and play the video from my current spot, it's back in sync, but will again get progressively more and more out of sync until it's so bad that I have to reload it again.
I've tried several different browsers and it still happens, so it's not a problem with the browser. Also, not sure if this matters but the audio gets ahead of the video (or the video lags behind the audio). I use a wireless network connection. I do not experience these issues on my other devices that use the same wifi network.
I'm not great about installing all of the new updates when they come, but in the past when I have done the updates, it hasn't seemed to improve this problem, at least not entirely. Any ideas on what's causing this and how I can fix it?

the problem is when I play GTA5 games, there I see the video card only reads 512MB & Low fps. while my laptop is dual graphics, radeon r5 graphics 512mb% radeon r5 m330 2gb.
also when i play dota2 game, there i already setup low graphics but still low fps and stack in fps 30-40.
and then my default driver is amd castalyst, when I want to download a new version of the driver, amd adrenaline, when I finish installing the driver and restart it, my cursor is error.
hmm how to solve it, please me.
I've been dizzy over this.

Webcam not working (STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE)
Hello, my webcam is not working: it shows an error code 10 in the driver details (STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE. I have installed the last available drivers for my model found on HP website but error still present.
What can i do? My webcam is Camera Sensor Unicam m1040 model.

Horizontal lines on the screen across width of the screen
I have one and half year-old HP laptop/notebook. For last two months two horizontal lines are appearing across the screen width almost in the middle of the screen. The warranty period has lapsed.
I want to know why these lines are appearing when the notebook has been handled with care. Will these lines increase in number or size with time? Does this require change of screen? How long can I wait for changing the screen?
