Hello,

 

I have an HP Elite x2 1012 G2 that has a camera that no longer works after the 1709 Windows 10 update.  In the Device Manager, there is no "Imaging" section.  When I open the Windows 10 camera app, it says no camera is detected.

 

In the BIOS, there is no camera setting option.

 

I tried following the instructions listed here:

My device manager didn't have the things I needed to delete, listed.

 

This is affecting at least 2 HP tablets that we have in use at my University.

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

My laptop LCD screen had a single dark patch which apparently grown bigger in size.

 Along with that, there are 3 more dark patches of different sizes now.

I would like to know the cost of LCD screen replacement.

I have a new MacBook Pro 13" that had High Sierra 10.13.4 out of the box but updated on 6-16 to 10.13.5. My HP w2338h display was recongized by .4 but does not work on .5. Where can I find updated drivers for the display?

I bought my own pen separately and I tried to use the Pen but,it won't work. I CHANGED the battery and also made sure the pen was compatible it is  I have the HP Pavilion 15t and I have windows n.I also downloaded the app HP pen control.I tried to connect it via Bluetooth but, it didn't work either.

I bought this baby on Amazon and am very happy with this beast!!

I experienced a lock-up and had to reinstall Win10.

Now I have little to none HP drivers.

HP webcam not working and system will not allow Logitech webcam to work either eventhough you can see it installed.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, I'm protesting the lack of installing my laptop's graphics driver on Windows 10, and I am dissatisfied with HP Company.
Why should not I be able to use Windows 10, while my system hardware is fine!
The graphics card of the amd 6770m is a switchable type.
If you can publish this type of driver for Windows 10 64-bit and get the satisfaction of many of your customers, with a simple search, you'll find that many of your customers are having this problem. While other companies do not have this problem.

My kids slammed my laptop shut last week. If I am diagnosing this issue accurately (based on the photos I am looking at from the HP website of different LCD damages), the CID Defect is: Dark spots in localized areas, an example of Mura defects

 

Two black spots, mostly white lines. 

 

I have plugged my laptop to the TV with HDMI cable just to see if internally it still works, and it does (thankgod!) My question is, what part (number? code?) do I need to order a replacement LCD? Also, anyone know ballpark figure of repair in Queensland, Australia? I figured if I buy the part and bring it with me to get someone to repair it, it would cost less (would this be a smart or naive move??) Any kind of advice would be greatly appreciated!

Fn + Brightness, mute mic and screen option keys stopped working in early may. I suspect the win 10 april update. I have tried updating the videodriver and HP Wireless Button-driver, + enabling the generic PnP display.  All have failed.  Feel like such a noob. SOS! (",)

Hi,

 

Just got my brand new Spectre X360 for which I was thrilled to start using it for taking notes. Discovered that the stylus was missing in the box. After some e-mails with the shop where I bought it, they simply answered that in my model no stylus was included. Looking on the HP NL webshop, all Spectre X360 models do come standard with a stylus, in BE not? Can you confirm this is the case and if so explain me the logic of mentioning all over internet "standard with stylus" and in reality it's "standerd with stylus except if you live in Belgium"???

 

A very unhappy customer...

Hello,

 

I recently bought a HP Spectre x360 13' and it has already started giving me issues. Many times the screen starts stuttering and I cannot move the mouse nor type on the keyboard. What I type on the keyboard appears on the screen one second after typing it. The same goes for the cursor - it moves around 1 second later and then freezes again. In order to temporarily solve this issue I either have to restart the computer or go to sleep mode and start it from there.

 

This issue is really frustrating because the laptop is really impressive otherwise. Any help is hugely appreciated.

Will this device output video at 4K 60hz 4K with Chroma 4.4.4 subsampling?  It has integrated grahpics, Intel HD Graphics 620

I go onto the HP website, it scans my laptop and tells me everything including the serial number of my unit. 

 

It suggests a graphics card update, which i download and install, before it finishes I get the error message that the product does not meet the min requirements for this instillation. 

 

I am having issues with a program and the suggestion was to update the graphics driver. 

 

also surprised that the newest driver is from 2015. Most graphics cards manufactures come out with new drivers every few months.
