612 G2 LAPTOP AND DOCKING ISSUES
I am currently using 612 G2 laptops with Elite USB-C Docking Stations. Whenever a user moves to a different desk
they are having to re-configure their screen set up.
So my issue is that individuals have to change the laptop display properties every time they connect to a new docking station at a different desk. Is there a fix for this problem?

screen flickering issue in my HP PAVILION AU 620 TX
I bought an Hp notebook AU620 TX. 8 Months of purchase I found my laptop's screen flickering and it was uncertain,it occurs may be one time or two times a day. It happen so many times but first I ignored it. Now it happens again & again.
I talked with customer careane engineer visited and tried to resolve it with one small chip which is stick near to the keypad. After 2 to 3 days, I am facing the same problem.
Kindly help me for that I want to replace with another model of yours or refund me. Otherwise I forced to do legel action because 55 K is not small amount for me.

Hp Envy 13 Touchpad Malfunctioning
I have been having problems with my trackpad lately. I works fine for sometime after booting up but the click does not respond after a while though the cursor can be moved around. I tried HP Hardware Disgnostics and it failed both Pointer Test and Drag and Drop Test. What do I do? Please help me.

My Screen Is Too Dark
How do I turn the Contrast or Gamma up? Every time I stream a video game to my laptop the screen is too dark. Before Microsoft changed Windows around yet again, I used to be able to change the Gamma and things were okay. I've looked everywhere and there no setting from what I found out. When I watch videos my screen is also too dark. Thanks.

How to connect Elite X2 to an external monitor
I am trying to connect my Elite X2 G1 to an external dispay monitor through a HP-USB-c dock and have not been successful, either using the HDMI or DP caples that comes along with the LG monitor 38WK95C.

When I changed my PC from wXP to w10, My music player changed from RealOne to VLC.
Now I find the VLC can not playback the *.DAT files. Why? Is it my mistake or other cause?

Screen off when unplugged
Hi there,
I need help with my screen. It turns off (black) when I remove power cord. I can see the light in the power botton that is on. So, my computer is on But my screen dosn't come back.

Laptop doesn't recognize TV (HDMI)
I have connected my laptop to a grundig TV and it doesn't recognize that I have conected it. This worked yesterday (and for months before) but it stopped today. I have updated my graphics card's drivers and tried different cables and HDMI ports (on the TV) but nothing helped. Please help.

Nvidia Quadro K1100M issues on HP Zbook 17 G2 (Win8.1)
Hi,
Running Win8.1 x64 on an HP ZBook 17 G2 and cannot get the dual screencards working or getting only the Nvidia card to work properly either.
On bootup the screen either has lines or like a metal gray screen filling half the screen and sometimes the whole screen and expanding at will and after a while it will reset itself or the lines will start to clear u itself and work fine after that. On external screens it works as well.
Laptop is running latest firmware and drivers and was reloaded several times trying to sort this isuue out.
Reset BIOS to factory defaults as well and still no luck.
I am not sure if its maybe some or other MS update causing this and would appreciate any suggestings what else to check.

Monitor colors are not accurate and the display is very dim.
Hello, I bought a HP Omen 15-ce001nj from a reseller here at Israel
after opening the box and turning the pc on ,the display colors seemed a bit off.
I took the laptop home and tried tuning it and calibrating it via windows software but with no luck I did not manage to correct the issue.
tried updating the graphics card drivers, bios and still no luck.
My question is if the model is this dim by default that my eyes start to hurt after using it for 30 minutes or maybe my screen is just defected.

major problems updating AMD driver
Windows 10 - tried Night Light but didn't like it so turned it off. But it's left some color problems eg when I open the search. some of the boxes are white font on grey background. MS MVP said to uninstall AMD and reinstall but there are problems -
Came here for latest driver - loaded but not installed. When asked to troubleshoot this is what I saw:

Is there a digital pen model that is compatible with HP Envy x360 m6-aq103dx?
I have purchased Adonit Windows ink and it does not work on my touchscreen.
Additionally, I could not find any digital pen model that is supported by my laptop.

Mousepad not working when external mouse removed
Hi all,
I have a funny issue.
I have a external mouse, and I would like to have my mousepad disable when the external mouse is connected.
I have went into my mouse settings ( see picture) and disable my mousepad when external is connected.
But when I unplug my external mouse, my mousepad is not activating, so I can use this.
I am on the latest driver, so that is not the issue here.
Anybody else there is having this issue??
Looking forward to get some feedback on how to fix this issue. :)

Blu ray disks won't play
My laptop used to play blu ray disks. but NOW when I try to play one it winds up then just stops. I no longer have the CyberDvD/bluray software on my laptop. I would like to play blu rays again but don't have the software.

I’ve seen a lot of familiar stories and photos online. My screen cracked about a week after I purchased the laptop for no discernible reason!
It seems to have been caused by a design flaw where the support for the screen is diminished due to an indent below the touchpad. This has caused a large crack which radiates from near the camera.
My question is has HP made any effort with customers to help in this situation? It is obviously caused by a design flaw and due to the way the screen is made is very expensive to repair (almost the same price as the laptop).
