I have a ZBook 15 G3. My problem is that after upgrading to Windows 10 creator update when I wake the system from sleep, I either get a black screen or flashing lines on screen. I tried to install an older driver (sp85323), I got an error saying this processor is not supported. It is running Windows 10 pro x64. TIA

Pointer not displayed when using Pavilion 15 to access Citrix Receiver
I use Citrix Receiver to access my office desktop. When I use my new HP Pavilion 15 (bought end of April 2018 running Windows 10) the pointer of my trackpad disappears when I access that part of the screen on which Citrix displays my office desktop. When I move off the Citrix part of the screen onto the surrounding area, the pointer reappears but vanishes when I move back onto that part of the screen on which Citrix displays my office desktop. I am using Microsoft Edge and don't have this problem on any other website or application.
I do not have this problem using an iPad, or a Lenovo IdeaPad running Windows 10 S (which I have bought cheaply to tide me over until I can resolve this problem on the HP) nor do I have this problem using my elderly Dell Vostro running Windows 10 (and before that running Windows 7).
Has any one else encountered this issue?

touch screen has bubbles that pop up all over the screen and redirects every page and mouse cursor
no error messages no warning no nothing, but if i just close the laptop and come back or if i get up from the computer for an extended period of time as in the screen goes black or the screen saver comes on, these little bubbles appear and the screen starts to glitch out. it will randomly go to different pages as if i were just randomly clicking on different things and im not even touching anything. the only way i can get it to where i can even use this computer is to completely shut it off ( hold the powere button for 5 secs) then turn it back on. but as soon as i close it and open it back up again the bubbles are back and the screen is glitching uncontrollably...... is there a fix for this? given what i paid, this is unaccaptable

HP envy touchscreen, touchscreen stopped working
I have tried all the things, including power reset and complete new install of windows. But the windows updates that run kill the touchscreen. Does HP have any new driver that can work or each time as soon as the windows update runs it will stop working again?

What is driver for NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050?
I am trying to tun Xenia, and it tells me "Unable to initialize Vulkan graphics subsytem", which is strange since the video card in the sytem is NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050, which is compatible with Vulkan. So I go to the Drivers section of this website, and the only one that says "NVIDIA" is sp85045. However, when I run that, its splash screen says that only these are compatible:
NVIDIA GeForce 930M
NVIDIA GeForce 930MX
NVIDIA GeForce 940M
NVIDIA GeForce 940MX
So now what do I do?

I was not able to recover the touchscreen. I have not tried a complete restore to factory defaults because it would be windows 8; I’d lose my free windows 10. So I’ve just accepted that the screen “isn’t “ touchscreen.

Closing Laptop Lid Changes Functionality of Program
I have set up a docking station for my laptop at my office with dual monitors. I've modified the power option to "do nothing" when the lid is shut so the dual monitors will function when the lid is closed. However, when I shut the lid, one of my programs (Google Earth) no longer functions. When I open the laptop, you can use Google Earth, but only on one screen. If you move the Google Earth window to a different monitor, the program will not work. Obviously, functionality changes when the lid is closed even though I have the power option set to "Do Nothing" when the lid is closed. Are there any remedies for this type problem? Could it be a software problem related to the docking station? Thank you in advance.

HP 15-f023wm Advanced Bios Settings
Good day.
I have a laptop HP 15-f023wm, BIOS version f.41
I have 8 gb RAM, but I could not work normally with video or play high-quality films because in my integrated video graphic card was set the video memory size 1 Gb.
I thought to set 2 Gb video memory size in BIOS but I cannot enter in BIOS advansed settings.
Can anybody tell me how to do it?
