HP 2311x won't open Menu
I came home today, turned on my computer and got a message on my HP 2311x LCD moniter that said "Check Video Cable." Last night it worked just fine, but all of a sudden its not working. When the status pops up I can't press the Menu button or the other buttons exept the Power Button. I have tried resetting the monitor multiple times and hasn't worked for me yet. I am using a DVI-D cable to connect it to my GPU, in which the status says the DVI port is active. Im just confused and don't know what to do.

Spectre x360 Sensor
Hello.
I recently got hold of a older version of the Spectre x360 laptop(i5 6200u) and quickly noticed that keyboard and trackpad still worked in 'tablet mode' and the screen didnt rotate, windows is fully updated and iv'e installed and updated all drivers via HP support assistant but nothing.
Looking in the device manager I cannot see any sensor devices, so my question is basically did this model not come with a orientation sensor? or do I have another problem?
model nr: 13-4105no.

Maximum output on HDMI
Hi
How do I establish the maximum output via my HDMI port for an extertnal monitor? (HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb012na)
I am so impressed with the 4k monitor on the laptop I would like to get an external monitor for use at base camp.
I was considering using a USB-C hub, but these seem to clip 4k at 30hz, does the HDMI port directly output a higher refresh rate? I would expect 60hz.
It is very difficult to find the detailed specs on the graphics.

Switchable graphics problem
I have an HP probook 470 G2 laptop with two video cards: Intel and AMD. The problem is that the laptop does not switch hybrid graphics. The performance is at the "maximum", both in the power settings and in the graphics card settings, all drivers are updated, hybrid graphics in BIOS enabled. But all games are run on the Intel graphics card.
Help, what could be the problem?
Characteristics of the laptop:
Processor: Intel Core i7-4510U
RAM: 8GB
iGPU: Intel HD 4400
dGPU: AMD R5 M255

problem touchscreen firmware !!!!
I upgrated wrong firmware(firmware of 15 inch) like others , and now my touchsceen can not work anymore.
I have tried every possible way to fix it ,but nothing changes.
Somebody else have already asked for solition before ,its about 1 year before,But nobody cares .
I bought this expensive laptop ,the flagship of hp laptop,but ididnot get the corresponding after-sale services!

SCREEN WAKEUP ISSUE
Laptop screen gets automatically off after some time if left idle even after its sleep setting is set on "Never" mode.
After that it does not awake on pressing keypad or touchpad unless I turn power button pressed for some time and restart again.
latest BIOS and all updates are insured in PC.
Along with this, power management setting is OK for keyboard.
It is very frustating and unidentifed issue.
so please help me out.

I have a 2570p runni g om win 10.
I was in display settings, ang pressed "outdata to - screen".
Immidiatly the screen went black.
I have rebooted and taken battery out/in, without sucsess. I have also connected a external monitor without sicsess.
How can I get the screen settings back to correct?

Need a pen or stylus that works with the touch display of my new laptop: HP Envoy x360 15-aq267cl so I can use this laptop in tablet mode and enter items via pen into MS Excel and do detailed drawings with a fine tipped pen or stylus. Want to take advantage of what Windows 10 Ink offers. So far a number of vendors who sell this or similar HP laptops have not been able to provide a clear answer to this question. Have also contacted HP Tech Support and HP Sales Group but to date no definitive answer yet as well. Need a clear answer soon or I will be returning this laptop to the vendor. Have spent a lot of money for this laptop but without a suitable pen or stylus (as cited) then the utility of this laptop is substantially diminished.

Unclear whether my HP Pro Tablet Active Pen will be replaced
Hello,
Forgive me if I placed this message in the wrong subject...
I have contacted HP tech support and the HP store customer support (as recommended by HP tech support), but it seems that no one can answer my question. 3 days ago, the HP Pro Tablet Active Pen that came with my laptop, stopped working. My warranty was still active, so I asked HP tech support over the phone for help and they told me they would send me a replacement, but that a different department would handle it. So, they transferred me to the mentioned department but the call ended before I could speak to them. Minutes later I got an email that my case was closed, but I am unsure whether they are still sending me a replacement.
If anyone can help me out with my perdicament, I would be grateful!
