I am at my church working the visual presentations. We recently purchased a 15-bw0xx laptop in hopes of running a display program, but the HDMI chord that works perfectly on the old laptop is failing on the new one. The computer does not detect it at all and the TV screen simply displays a "No Signal" message. It works perfectly on any other devices, and the laptop is completly up to date.

At my church, we recently purchased a 15-bw000 laptop in hopes of using it to replace the previous laptop. But when we connect the laptop to the HDMI that the previous laptop was connected to, we get no display at all. The TV's simply display a "No Signal" prompt and the laptop does not show any signs of detecting the display. We have been trying for two weeks now, and have had no progress. So now I am turning to the forums in hopes of getting a result. It is a 15-bw000 laptop running windows 10 home, with 4 gigs of RAM and a AMD A6-9220 Radeon R4 2.5GHz Processer.
If you can find a solution, then please let me know.
Hi! I have just bought the notebook. And I have found out that in term of artificial lighting the web camera adds the purple color. In terms of daylight it is ok. I have tried the advise https://support.hp.com/ua-ru/document/c02689767, but it didn't helh. Could you help me? How can I remove the purple color?

I have installed photosoftware on my laptop (cewe) - on startup it gives an error message unable to launch the program, displaying:
[...] install a driver providing OpenGL 2.0 or higher [...]
On the web I found several incompatibility issues with the Intel HD Graphics 520 and OpenGL. Recommendation was to update to the latest Intel driver to fix the problem.
On the intel website I saw a driver update for Intel Graphics drivers for windows release 27/3/2018 (15.65.5.4982).
When I tried to install I got an error message that this driver is not valided by the laptops manufacturer.
On the HP website I couldnt find the appropiate driver update.
Can you please let me know how I can fix the problem? Either by providing a driver update or by solving the OpenGL incompatibility issue?

In my notebook keybord some keys are not working porperly. I think this is a software/internal problem. Because when I power on my pc the keys are working but after 5-10 minuts later the keys[z,x,c,v,m,delete,2 and many other keys] are stopped working. The keys are not physicaly dammaged.
So,please help me to fix this problem

I've recently noticed that the display of my laptop (spectre x360), becomes very saturated when its not plugged in. I don't believe it has anything to do with the brightness levels. Is this a software feature that I can change?
I reinstalled a new copy of Windows7 and now touchscreen doesnt work.

I know its an old laptop but I would appreciate if I could get the touchscreen working.
My trackpad is non-responsive, it used to hang and have short times where it would not respond, but now it does not respond at all. I have tried to uninstall the trackpad drivers and restart the laptop and load the default settings via the bios. Nothing has worked so far, any help would be appreciated!

Model: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-bq1xx
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2500U
Ram: 16GB (upgraded)
GPU: AMD Radeon Vega 8
Storage: 500GB Samsung m.2 (upgraded) and the 1tb it came with.
I use adobe CC and when using zoom and pen tool etc there is lag, I guess it is because of the idel 256mb vram.. is there any fix for this?
My mouse jumps around almost all the time, all I have to do is tap the touchpad. No apps are running, no apps at all. This didn't happen when it was new. Didn't start until the first program update. How about a fix guys?
I was using Microsoft Word and while trying to print, apparently I was actually on my Windows 10 area -- some combination of keys that I pressed have now caused the notebook to be in MONOCHROME display. I tried rebooting, thinking that would reset to color.

GPU driver break down, laptop stops seeing video cards. I have 2 GPU, 1GB each(2Gb together). After crush, system sees only 1.
GPU is alright. Problem with driver.
I tried to uninstall the driver and reinstall it. I tried to do this manually and by programs. Nothing dont help.
One thing which help its reinstall OS. then both GPUs work fine, until the driver breaks again.
Dont know how stop it. I reinstall OS every month or two. Its not comfortable.
