I have installed CS: GO game on my laptop. When I play it, my screen glitches in a horizontal line. To justify the problem, I have installed some more high-end games like COD Infinity warfare, Battlefield 1 etc. and played them. But there were no glitches in those games at all. This problem only appears in CS: GO game only.
So I am not sure if there is any problem with my GPU or any software driver on my laptop.
Now I need a solution.
Noticed that if I wave my hand infront of my lap top screen I can see my fingers in stop motion. showing the screen is very flickery . at likely either 50hz or 100hz . It is probably the cause of the headaches I get useing the device.
Just the same on mains or on battery

Hi guys, i have a problem on my Laptop it suddenly goes all pink and theres some ligh blue vertical line. I already done all the troubleshooting, like updating video card, uninstalling and reinstalling video card, Restore point, Restore BIOS, Open the laptop and check Video card cable. One thin, i try to use HDMI and connect it to the TV and its works fine theres no pink on the TV, only on my laptop screen. Anyone experience like this?
Hello. I recently bought an HP Active Stylus(the one with only two buttons and says "Hewlett Packard ") for my Hp Pavilion x360. The stylus does not respond to my screen when it makes contact and does not show up on bluetooth. I even tried buying a new battery and it still did not work. Is there a solution to this?
I bought new HP Omen. During the first setup keyboard was lightening properly. When I turned the computer on again the keyboard stop lightening I have read all possible issues and clues on hp support. Proper key to turn the keyboard on in my laptop is f4(have the picture with 3 dots etc), i pressed it several times but it didnt changed anything.

Okay, so the other day I sat down to play some video games and my wireless mouse wasn't working. I figured it was just the mouse, so I figured I'd just use the touchscreen until I could get a new mouse. It was a little inconvienient for homework, but overall I was managing. Then I logged on one day and the touchscreen wasn't working. Now I knew there was a problem. I tried doing a hard reset and uninstalling/reinstalling the mouse drivers, but neither fixed the problem. Then I looked in device manager for the touchscreen drivers and instead of being under Human Interface Devices it was under "other devices" as "eGalaxTouch EXC3000........." I ran the HP hardware tests by pressing ESC as the computer boots and both the touchscreen and the mouse worked, then windows booted up and they stopped working. Before I update my BIOS, I want to see if anyone can identify this problem and provide a solution, or at least recommend more specific troublesooting methods.
The chromebook boots up OK but only very faint images are visable on the screen. An external monitor works fine via the HDMI port.

Hello. I am planning to buy a new laptop, which will likely be the HP Pavilion x360 14-ba102nh.
On the specifications page it shows that it is compatible with a Microsoft Ink active pen, so I'm guessing that's the HP Pen.
The pen probably doesn't come with the laptop, so I will have to buy my own, but, I couldn't find it for sale in my country.
So, my question is, will the Wacom Bamboo pen work with it? If so, I'll definitely buy this laptop.
Compatibility probably depends on the software, as these active pens use the same technology.
But if the laptop ships with a pen, I'm in luck.

In the Synaptics/Elan trackpad settings in the Mouse application, no matter what settings I tweak or disable/enable I can't seem to left-click (either using the trackpad or the button located below it). I disabled TP Rejection and SmartArea, and I have PalmTracking at its most minimum, yet here I am being forced to use an external mouse if I want to click while pressing keys.
This problem has existed since buying the laptop but initially I thought turning off those settings were going to be enough.
Can someone help?
Hello, I bought a notebook HP Omen 15-ce0xx two days ago. On the first day everything was ok, today, after an hour of playing games, I noticed two disturbing me things.
The first is when I turn on the dark image, in the four corners I can see a very strong yellow-white backlight, and the second case is probably a HDD, it's about his creaking / squealing, it is not very loud but it is clearly heard and begins to irritate a little in quiet rooms...

These are normal things or maybe give back notebook to guarantee?

My HP Envy is 2 years, but has given me a lot of problems. I've already even had it replaced once because of hardware issues. My warranty is up now, though.
The trackpad isn't working. When I move the mouse, pages will skitter up and down. When I try to scroll, it will scroll up and down wildly. When I try to type in a url, it'll type the letters in backwords.
I've gone through windows support and they think it's a hardware issue.
At this point, I'm guessing any help from HP is going to come with a fee (around $100), I'm guessing. And since the laptop was around $500, is 2 years old, and has given me a fair amount of problems in that time, I'd be more apt to just buy something new. Probably with a different company since this has been a disappointing purchase.
I thought I'd ask here if anyone has any fix-it advice I should try before I give up completely. I've already trying uninstalling and installing the driver, system reset, system restore, a drag and drop test (failed).

Hi, I am also facing the same problem. Whenever I am playing any video on "Fims & TV" app or Netfilx, color tint of video randomly changes from warm to cold. Video also gets stuck when it happens.
However, this problem doen't happen in VLC player or Youtube as per my observation.

So when i click the start button on the desktop (both in tablet mode and desktop) i can't click the power icon or any other icons in that coloum (like the settings icon either). My last check for an update was today so im pretty sure everything is up to date. Any way i can fix this?
