only a few keys work on the laptop keyboard. onscreen keyboard works fine. only a few keys like k and l work on laptop keyboard , but nothing else

Touchpad Issues
I've had this laptop for a little under two years now and I've recently started having issues with my touchpad.
The other day the mouse arrow on the screen starting moving erratically and opening a bunch of files while I wasn't even touching the touchpad. I had to restart my laptop to get it to stop.
After I turned it back on, everything was working fine except for the mechanical "click."
Then the next day, the touchpad stopped working. I could move the arrow arround on screen but I couldn't "tap" to select anything, and the mechanical "click" still wasn't working.
It's been a couple days and sometimes the tapping works but sometimes it doesn't. And sometimes I can't even scroll down a webpage using the touchpad (which happened briefly when I first got the laptop but then was fine for about a year).
Hopefully I didn't leave anything out. If anyone thinks they have a solution it'd be GREATLY appreciated!!
UPDATE: I forgot to mention that I have a wireless mouse that DOES work when plugged into the USB, if that makes a difference.

Spectre (2017) 2 Finger Touchpad Scrolling in Powerpoint 2016 Acting Weird
Hello,
I noticed that recently, when I try to scroll through slides in PowerPoint's side pane (the overview of the slideshow with all the slides), it doesn't scroll smoothly. It scrolls it slide by slide instead of a normal list.
I remember being able to scroll smoothly. But now, scrolling down/up in that sidebar acts like I'm pressing page up/down or the up/down arrow keys. It just scrolls one slide each time.
Interestingly, when I scroll, the cursor disappears and a white orb appears as if I touched the screen. I have attached a screenshot.
I just can't scroll in powerpoint and any of it's popup boxes.
I don't think there were any driver updates or office updates. It just started happening randomly.
As you can see in the screenshot, near the7th slide, the cursor turned into a white orb as if the screen registered a touch. But I used 2 fingers to scroll.
I tried reinstalling office and checking for updates to the touchpad driver. Nothing worked.

Purple Tint on Webcam
Regardless of the application I use (Skype, Windows Camera, Facebook Messenger, etc.), there is a purple tint to my webcam. I can't figure out what's wrong or how to resolve it. Any ideas?

Touchpad not working properly
My touchpad does not respond when I switch on my laptop. I have to shut down and restart to get it to respond. This happens frequently and shutting down my laptop everytime I need to use it is getting exhausting. Is there a permanent solution to this problem?

Observing backlight bleeds at the edges and in the center at high brightness in dark backgrounds. Is this bad? should i get a replacement? , if yes , how long does take to repair ? i live in italy

Need response about Laptop Screen gone blank Issue
My casing is broken at the power switch. The display goes blank sometimes and the charger pins dont connect properly. Even after reinstalling the display drivers the certain areas of the display r blank. Any way to solve this problem?

Graphics drivers
First, the graphics drivers from support.hp.com were installed on my laptop.
It showed my hardware correctly: AMD R5 as integrated and AMD Radeon 535dx as discrete graphics.
After updating Radeon Software, it showed me incorrect discrete graphics: AMD Radeon R7 M340 instead of Radeon 530...
I deleted this driver and go to support.amd.com
Using "auto-detect" program, the drivers were installed: I was upset seeing incorrect discrete hardware again

b and o hp desktop computer
i have a problem that also appears in the screen bubbling on the left area and also the mouse is stuck up on the bubble and if some cases i cant move anymore the mouse pointer instead i am turning of the desktop. is there anymore solution i could do? we even did the computer restore last month and the problem is still here. we dont want to get a new unit again because the desktop still looks new.

Multiple monitors on ENVY laptop
Trying to set up 2 additional monitors on my laptop, i have only 1 hdmi port, i thought i could just use a splitter but when connected both monitor go blank. Each monitor will work with the splitter without the other connected.

Touchscreen Compatibility with Pen and Stylus for PAVILION X360 14 BA198NZ
Hi,
I hope that somebody can help me.
I wanted to buy HP PAVILION X360 14 (version BA198NZ) but wanted to know if that version supports active pens.
On the HP page: https://support.hp.com/ph-en/document/c05166879
there is only the information that versions 14m-ba0xx and 14-ba0xx are compatible with active stylus.
Does anyone have better information for me?

Intel Graphics 620 / Spectre x360
Hi all,
So - via the HP Support Assistant, I need to update my graphics driver. The install fails. From the forum tips, I uninstalled the current driver via device manager and rebooted. The main forum post indicated that the current driver would be automatically installed at that point. However, the Support Assistant still indicates that I need to update it. If I try again, I get the same failure result. So I'm stuck in a loop?

Pen pressure on hp Spectre x360
I am unable to get pen pressure with the Bamboo Ink stylus working with my new hp Spectre x360 15. I was told it was Windows ink compatible and I trusted Wacom to have pen pressure support. I have never had this much trouble and I've been using tablet pcs for over ten years. The sole reason I bought this laptop was so I could use it to draw, so having the pen pressure is essential.

My webcam is not working when using Skype. I've refreshed the driver, nothing. I've downloaded older versions of driver, nothing. I've reinstalled win10 from Recovery, nothing. I've switched of Firewall, nothing. Any idea, what to do?

Will not boot
I previously had a problem to where I was stuck on te windows logo and it would not boot. I later fixed the issue and yesterdad afternoon my laptop turned off and now the lights on the keyboard turn on but the monitor won't. I tried hard restting it and I also tried hooking it up to an external display and nothing showed up on it. I also use this laptop primarily to play games on and watch youtube and such. If anyone could help me figure out what is going on it would me much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
