green dots on my screen
I just bought a new hp laptop 2-1 last week and I'm already seeing issues with the screen.
When watching videos 8/10 times the screen will have green parts and therefore I cantwatch videos normally.
How do I fix this?

I bought this computer around the beginning of September 2017. I use it for school. It has never been dropped. I opened up the screen and that is when I realized the left bottom side was wobbly. I then proceeded to flip it into tablet mode and that is when the screen on the left side popped out. The screen still works but the screws popped out and can no longer be screwed in. I treat my computer with care so I do not see how this could have happened.

touch screen stopped working
This is a new question to an old problem; my product # is J2X64UA, The specs for the display at the time I bought the computer; 15.6-inch diagonal HD BrightView WLED-backlit touchscreen display (1366x768), I used the touchscreen and so did my god-daughter. Sometime in November, 2017 it quit working so I started poking around and according to every place on the computer I could possibly look it doesn't exist and never had, I've done all the troubleshooting, diagnostics, restored to factory from the partition, and restored from a flash drive. No one has ever worked on the computer,(never had any problems till now). How does hardware just "disappear"? Can ANYBODY explain this to me?

Screen flickers
Hi!
The screen on my HP Notebook has began flickering with green and black stripes during startup, when touched and folded. My HP guarante has expired, but i wonder if this type of problem is covered by my leagal guarante? It is worth mentioning that one of the hinges between the screen and bottom part has a slight crack due to an accident.

Touchpad doesn't work
Hello!
I bought my convertible laptop short of 3 weeks ago and everything seemed fine for the first few days. However, this past week I've been troubled by my touchpad not working. When I start the laptop, the pointer will show on the lock screen but doesn't react to touch - while ELAN settings say it is enabled. I make do with controlling the touch screen itself, but much prefer using the touchpad and feel it's very disappointing to find such problems with a brand new laptop.
So far, I've done all the updates recommended and don't know where to go from here.
Can you please help? Do I need to take the computer back to the store I bought it from or is there a way I can fix it myself?

Cant change display driver from Microsoft basic driver to Amd Radeon in Games
Hello Everyone,
I have recently purchased a hp laptop model no- Hp bs-659tx . Recently encountering a problem , default primary display driver is selected which is "Microsoft Basic Render Driver".For this reason I cant change the feature in Games. So If there is any option by which I can disable Microsoft Basic Render Driver & use Amd Radeon as primary display driver. Also in "dxdiag" it is showing "Microsoft Basic Render Driver" as primary display driver.
Please help me with this issue, as I need it very badly.Googled to much great extent, but cant find any permanent solution.

Addon_OSD.exe stop working error message
Hi. I have the same problewm, but I think it causes problems with my HP s140u monitor. Specifically, I'm not able to adjust the brightness using the physical monitor buttons or the 'display settings' in Windos.

Where can I find the replacement parts?
I have an HP 14-r002ne Notebook PC, which has the display cracked. I cannot use it as it has blanked out with a big dot in the middle where the headphones were stuck and the pressure to close it ccause the crack.

how do i slow down a slideshow?
hi so my nans funeral is tommorow and im trying to finalize the slideshow of pictures that weve made. the pictures stay for 5 seconds then dissapear onto the next and this is fine however we really need it to be for 10 seconds at a time in order to make it last the entire service. ive researched and it says to start the slideshow then right click and a tool bar should show up saying 'fast, meduim or slow' however as many times as ive tried this, it never shows up and no where else seems to have these settings. WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED IF YOU WOULD HELP!!! thank you x

Keyboard not working , after Windows 10 upgrade
This solid state laptop worked ok last time it was used. turned it on and Windows was updating. When it restarted the keyboard does not work. None of keys register or change state. I can use wireless mouse to enable soft keyboard and this is only way I can use it. Laptop is less than 6 months old. Regards
