hi
with all respect, igot a series issue about installing amd graphic driver on my laptop.
I installed a enterprise version of windows 10, and then, i downloaded graphic drivers of my operation system from hp site, after that, when i tried to install it, i failed, the driver istalled successfully, but nothing happened and i got this error when i treid to open adm settin: no graphic driver is installed or ...
i searched too much and i used any way that i found in websites, but at the end, i got no result
please help me too fix this problem, it got me crazy

Hi guys. I need a stylus for my new notebook.

Envy 15-as100 with UHD multipoint touch screen.

I have already tried, as the retailers recommended,

both HP active pen (Microsoft) and Adonit Ink but neither worked.

Higher pressure sensitivity is prefered cos I draw.

Please help!

My HP Envy 15t laptop left hinge broke and the left corner is cracked and bulging. The laptop was not dropped or fell. When I open and close the laptop the hinge is shifting and then seperating lower case from the upper case. The screw from the lower case are falling off and I am not able to close and open the laptop properly. The warranty is expired on this laptop. Please help.

I have just bought an HP Pavilion Notebook 15-cc614, i5-8250, 8G of RAM a few days ago..  I have been having problem connecting the PC to the HDTV panel (both a  Samsung 1920x1080 and  an LG 4K panel) over the HDMI port. 

 

Initially, the TVs wont even recognize a signal. After I have manually updated the driver to the latest from the intel website (15.60), things got a little better. Now the TV panels are able to connect to the PC, but the diplay overshoot the TV panels.....the pictue on all 4 sides are cut-off. 

 

Any solution to this??

Hi

 

How do I connect two external monitors to my laptop please? I just bought this laptop and am unable to connect the two external screens (I can only get one screen working).

 

The screen I can get working is an HDMI to DVI cable.

The screen I cannot get working is a USB Type C to VGA Adapter, and then a VGA to VGA cable.

 

(Please note that my previous laptop was an ASUS and I had the setup with two external monitors:

one was HDMi to DVI cable

the other was VGA to VGA cable (i.e. the same as above, except without the USB Type C to VGA Adapter)).

 

If you could please assist I would be most grateful.

Got the above 14" laptop a couple of months ago. Suddenly keyboard stops working. Tried the recommended soft reboot. Still not working. No removable battery/no touchscreen. Still under warranty. Anything else I can try which doesn't invalidate this?

When the Intel HD 620 device is enabled, my laptop screen shows flashing offset ghost images.  For example, with a web page open, there is a transparent flashing copy of the web page offset about halfway down the screen.

 

Also, whenever I plug in an HDMI cable for a second monitor, then my laptop screen becomes completely garbled. 

 

This problem seems to have developed over time.  At first I just noticed a quarter inch wide light grey horizontal bar about 1/3 down from the top of the screen.  The flashing started slowly, and has built up over time.

 

I've updated to the latest HD 620 driver using the HP Support assistant, but that doesn't help.

 

If I disable the HD 620 device and restart, then my laptop screen works fine, but then I can't detect a second monitor at all.

 

I'm running Windows 10 64 bit version 1709

Hello i need your help!
i need a pen thats compatible with my PC. i take all my lecture notes on one note and i need a good pen/ styllus. it would be great if the pen/styllus would work on other -non hp devices (im not asking for the pen features to work, just the writing part)

i saw there three styluses and one tilit sensitive pen that seemed like its all im looking for. i just dont know if its compatible with my pc

My HP has had some issues for a while now and I can't seem to fix it (I've only had it for a year and these issues started showing up after a month or two already).

- The touch screen randomly works or doesn't work. I've used HP's trouble shooting several times but it doesn't make a difference. 

- It often happens that suddenly, when listening to music or watching a show, my laptop kind of turns slow motion mode or something. The music plays at half speed, skype or anything doesn't work anymore. I've already tried reducing the quality while watching and stuff like that but it doesn't change anything. Turning the laptop off and on again is the only thing that fixes it.

- When I log in on windows, I have to log in twice. First I put my password, then it goes back to the logging in screen again and I have to put it again. Only then will it actually go to my account.

- my laptop tends to take realy, really long to start. I turn it on, screen remains black but I can see the cursor, and usually I just have to turn it off again using the button and start it again, then it works. I don't feel like that's a good thing to do though, but  again no idea how to fix it.

 

 

Anyone else experience these problems? know any solutions?

The notebook was upgraded to w10 pro from w7, after this action was deleting default driver cause low resolution and no more available sleep mood. installed 5000 series videographic   driver from ATI radeon. This give me 1600x900

 

Question is if 1600x900 is max resolution available, or may I install another driver and get higher resolution ?

The SPEN-HP-02 Active Stylus which came with my HP Spectre x360 laptop recently stopped working. I have reinstalled the HP Pen driver, installed all updates per the HP support assistant, and changed the batteries in the pen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The system has been upgraded from Win 8 to 10. The screen is split horizontally - has same images at the top as at the bottom. I've updated the drivers and BIOS to no avail. The Display Adapter shows Intel HD Graphics. The Monitor shows Generic PnP Monitor. Human Interface Devices show HID-compliant touch screen. I even tried installing a SNAP program which did nothing.

Hi!

 

I bought this laptop about 2 months ago and it is developing some issues with sound and HDMI connection.

 

The sound will very occasionally stop when I am listening to music/watching something, and th laptop will make a loud noise. This isn't happening that often but is slowly becoming more frequent. It happens both with headphones/speakers and no external device.

 

The laptop will now not connect by HDMI at all. It was fine intially, but started only being able to show the display and would disconnect and make a loud noise if I tried to play a video. Now, it will not connect at all. The TV says no signal and nothing seems to work. I know that thw TV/cable is not the problem as other laptops connect with no problem.  

 

Any suggestions would be very much appreicated!

Pages scroll all by themselves, cursor moves around by itself,  touchscreen only works half the time.  Had to stop using a mouse, bc it was acting so crazy.  shutting down and restarting helps for only for a bit and sometimes not at all.  computer is barely a year old, but have been having this issue for a long,long time.  It happens so much the computer is rendered basically unusable

When I participate in podcasts using the HP Envy webcam, the image has a purple tint.  I have tried just ambient light from the window, incandescent and LED ceilinng lights -- all show me and the furniture in the room in a purple tint.  I found an online solution, but only for Windows 7 -- my laptop has Windows 10 Home 64-bit.

I am using Acer S240HL LED DVI HDMI Monitor, I tried to connect the laptop to the monitor via HDMI, but I am getting error message "Input not supported" on the minitor.

 

New HP Laptop to TV - via HDMI it works

New HP Laptop to monitor - via HDMI NOT works

 

Old laptop to TV - via HDMI it works

Old laptop to monitor - via HDMI it works 

 

What do I need to do to get it working??
