HP Pavillion Screen goes blank while using touchscreen
Hi, I recently noticed that when I use touchscreen of my HP laptop it goes black and comes after using mouse or double click on the screen and goes back black again very frequently. I have not changed any setting or anything. My laptop is almost new and few months back i bought it. Please help me to get rid of it asap as its hampering my work.
My product Id is : 00325-96019-04436-AAOEM.
Please let me know if any other info is required from my side.

Less than on year old and letter H on keyboard does not work.
Does anyone know how i can get in touch with HP - i have a 3 year care packaghe, and ave speent an our going round in circies on te website. te letter Hhhhhh does not work - it is stuck down and eiter will not type or types multiple letters. as such i have a quite expensive laptop which is of no use. and am getting very frustrated, has anyone managed to get issues resolved and used the care package? one very very unappy lady

Unable to use dual screens
Hi,
New to this forum so be kind to me!
Finally got my new work laptop yesterday and after some playing around got it set up and hooked up to the Thunderbolt 3 docking station. It charges fine when attached to the docking station so it clearly works but doesn't recognise my 2 external monitors that I have attached to the aforementioned docking station.
Has anyone else encountered this issue previously, and if so is there a fix?

And it gets worse - terrible customer support
So i post asking for help. I get a private emaul telling me to ring a number, The call centre says it is nothing to do with them. And my spectre purchased 19 June 2017 is apparently already out of warranty according to the website - and this is despite also purchasing a 3 year care package. i was unhappy and now am very very annoyed it seems there is no desire to be of any assistance. I rang the call centre per the email who tell me it is a hardware issue - of that i am perfectly aware. so where do i go from her - the help from HP is non existent with a website designed to confuse. i can find a helpdesk but that wants me to pay £33 for instant technical help. which means the care package woudl be a waste of time. Very dissatisfied customer - and concerned as i have two quite expensive HP notebooks - spectre and an Elitebook.

4k Video and Issues with Software Program Layout
Brand new laptop with 4k resolution is causing software programs to not display correctly. So far Quicken 2016 and Sony Play Memories not laying out correctly. Some words/numbers are the correctly font size, and in other areas of the layout the font size is much smaller.
Anyone having this issue. Fixes? Lower the resolution on my laptop?

Hi,
I bought this laptop about 4 months ago, I am really happy about it, it was a good choice, but there is a strange thing I cant' solve.
When I look at the specifications concerning my laptop, it shows my graphics memory is 4gb but actually is just 512mb.
the laptop has an AMD Radeon R7.
Could anybody please explain this to me?

Can the Envy 17-ae151nr drive 2 external 4K displays over usb-c?
Can anyone tell me if the Envy 17-ae151nr will drive 2 external 4K displays over USB-C? I already have the displays (HP) and the dock (Toshiba) and 2 lenovos that I have will drive the external monitors just fine... I'm wondering if anyone has tried something similar with the Envy 17?

USB-c to VGA adapter not working
I have a HP Pavilion Power - 15-cb050od and can't get an external VGA monitor to be recognized. I have a USB-C to VGA adapter, but it does not recognize any monitor when I plug it in.
I know the monitor works as I have hooked it up to a VGA connection on another laptop successfully. Does this laptop work with an external VGA monitor?

HP Pavilion 15-n012nr Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR) Graphics issue

I have HP Pavilion 15-n012nr Notebook PC (ENERGY STAR)
My problem is I used to broadcast gaming everything was smooth until i lost my SSD SO I had to format and start again!
now everything is good but when i try to broadcast gaming it shows blackscreen instead of the game I do!!

And I see only 1 Display Driver It was 2 ONE Intel and 1 AMD I think this is what causes the issue as the Intel one is disappeared maybe?

VGA data cable
Hello forum,
I have a HP 210 4125sa pc/notebook.
This machine has an external VGA socket to enable the connection of a VGA monitor.
In the instructions; to activate this port, the user should press the FN and F4, key. Despite numerous attempts at this combination, I have not been able to get the notebook to detect or even acknowledge there is a monitor on the end of the VGA cable.
I have tried a few VGA cables but as those cables work on a Laptop I have, I believe it is not the cables.
However, is there a special VGA data cable that HP uses for the HP 210 4125sa, machine and if so, where can I buy one from.
The current specification is:
Model HP 210 4125sa
CPU. Intel 1.8gh
Board ID - 338D
Seriel No- 5cd2091mjf
OS - Windows 7 starter
RAM - 1gb
BIOS Version - F02
If anyone can help me with this issue so that I can use an external monitor via the VGA port on the notebook, please advise me on what to try.

Envy x360 Touch Screen Touches on its own
I have currently disabled touch screen on my laptop because it gets in the way of navigation when it is on.
When I do have the touch screen on, there is like a vertical bar or rectangle, possibly 1-2 cm in width and spans the entire screen verically, slightly to the right of the center where the touch screen absolutely goes berserk. For the entire vertical bar area, it shows the bubble animations as if I were clicking the entire area almost simutaneously, but I am not clicking it at all. Previously before this issue happened (and this problem began to occur a few days ago), that same vertical bar did not really work for touch screen and I did not mind it that much at the time, but now I have to resort to no touch screen at all because of the issues mentioned above.
Things I have tried to do:
- Reset my windows while keeping my data. It solved the issue for a few minutes and then the touch screen went crazy again.
- Uninstalled the driver, turned off my laptop, turned it back on, only to have the malfunctioning touch screen return.
- Disabled and re-enabled the touch screen. Every time I re-enabled touch screen, the "ghost touch screen" continues.
- Troubleshooted my laptop for touch screen related issues; did not work
- Googled the problem to see if anyone else was experiencing the same thing as I did, and I came across a YouTube video that seems to mostly match what I'm experiencing. Link here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZfsQd9ZLqRg
- Wiped down the screen; did not work.
I no longer have warranty on my laptop (HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq105dx), which is running Windows 10 (64-bit).

Touchscreen display is failing
Display generally shows multiple vertical lines or blank screen. The picture can be seen after I connect the computer to an external monitor. On occasion the notebook display can be moved back and forth to show an image for a few moments then image fades away.

Monitors do not find input signal (HP Elite 90W Thunderbolt 3 Dock)
I just hooked up my new HP Elite 90 W Thunderbolt 3 Dock to my new Elite 360x notebook. I know it is hooked up right
but the two monitors I'd like to run continue to fail to recognize the notebook, i.e. input signal not found.
Any ideas on how to fix this?

Getting desktop Icons on screen when using a x360 laptop in tablet mode.
I want to use the desktop icons when in tablet mode but when I touch the desktop button in startup the desktop clears but no icons show on the screen and the only way to get them on screen is through file manager. Even then as soon as you exit a program or web site it goes back to microsoft startup again. I don't want to use Edge or any other programs. I want to use Chrome.

Touchpad freezes

Im having a problem with my touch pad, at times it freezes and u cannot use it at all. It haopens randomly, and the only way to bring it back to normal is to close the laptop and wait 1-2 mins.
I cannot seem to understand why, when i just got the laptop.
