I recently purchased this laptop to write and draw with but when I tried to draw, I noticed there was no pressure sensitivity. I'm not sure if it's the pen or not but it's an active pen that came with the laptop so I don't understand what the issue is.
Is there a way to fix this? Would using another pen work or does this laptop not have pressure sensitivity for pens?

i have brought this laptop from US Amazon and using in india , when i got the laptop, i found two issues one is battery and 2nd is display issue ,
so i have taken to serive center in india they said for this Model 15-bk193ms serive suppot is there so i have give to them as well they reslove battery problem only and for display there no soultion from there end
Now my qustion is that possible to get replacement for this else i need to use the laptop with this display issue.
My internal webcam appears to be disconnected. I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers etc without any success.
YouCam and RealSense training simply say that they cannot find camera. When using create account picture in settings I get the following error message =>0xA00F4244(0xC00DABED).
I have scoured the forum topics and tried almost everything mentioned but cannot get that link back.
the monitor become disabled and give me black screen when i try to use the internal microphone such as : recording sound or making a vedio
but when i use an external microphone it worked well ..
i want to figure out where the problem is .

I have purchased my laptop HP Pavilion 15-au063nr (ENERGY STAR) in the month Dec 2016 with Intel HD graphics 520 & till Sept-2017 i didn't faced any issues.
IN first week of Nov-2017 i have faced an error that, Intel HD graphics 520 driver is incompatible with Windows 10.
After that have check the driver via HP support assistant & found no new updates.
Again i have checked the drivers in the link https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-au000-notebook-pc-series/10862158/model/11926452& i didn't find the driver for Intel HD graphics 520.
Kindly do the needful.

I'm having issues with my HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX and my external screen.
The quality output from the laptop to my 4k external screen is very very poor, fuzzy and difficult to read.
The screen is a Samsung S34E790C http://www.samsung.com/levant/monitors/curved-se790c/
My previous laptop works fine with this screen so please can anyone help with this issue.

I've tried to contact support - went through virtual assistent, tried everything it asked - finally got to the end and was not given a number, email or chat to call them which was very frustrating as I'm at a point that I need human help!

When I un-dock my computer the touchpad does not work and I cannot see the pointer on the screen.
At first i worked if I restarted the computer but now that dos not work at all.
I have tried to un-dock the computer after, powering down, hibernation, directly etc. nothing works.
Please advice on any solutions.

About a week ago I bought a hp laptop 14-bp003ng, withj 5 cores of the last generation from Amazon.de. Two days ago I tried playing League of Legends and even though I have good internet and played it in low graphics or medium graphics I got constant freezing in the matches, It was like there were no frames for a second. It happened to me too while playing Warframe, I tried it in low settings, medium and high, but the result was the same, I had 60 fps then 1 fps for a 1 or 2 seconds, then back to 60 nr 33 fps depending on the settings.
I do not know if it is the Ram or if I need a sofware for the Intel HD or if is cooling system. No idea.
Any help is very welcome.

I have bought a HP Pavillion x360 14-ba094sa with the intention of using this for artworking. I would like to purchase a stylus for this but am confused as to what is compatible with this particular model. Can i use any stylus? If not please can you link me some available in the uk that I can purchase?

I have a HP SPECTRE X360 13-AC033DX notebook, and love it so far other than one issue. I have a USB-C multiport adapter (actually 2 of them - 1 Cable Matters USB-C Multiport Adapter with 4K HDMI, 2x USB, Ethernet, and Power Delivery in Black (Thunderbolt 3 Port Compatible) and a JCreate JCA374) and use this to power my notebook, connect it to ethernet, and HDMI to connect to an external monitor. When I am sitting at my desk and using a 27" Samsung monitor, it works great - I have had zero issues with the Samsung monitor being picked up.
However, I was presenting at a conference and when I connected my notebook using an hdmi cable with both these adapters to the projector, I had issues with getting the external display to show up - it kept saying "no signal". I have also observed the same issue when connecting to larger 65" LG TVs in my office conference rooms - when I see this issue, I can see in "Intel Graphic Settings", that it is picking up the external LG TV (it even says so), but the LG TV says that it is not receiving a signal - very weird. Even weirder, I was tinkering around with the LG TV settings in "Intel Graphic Settings", changing the refresh rate and resolution, and I managed to get one of the LG TVs to reliably display. However, try as I might with the other LG TV, I have been unsuccessful in getting that to work.

I updated the video drivers for my HP Pavilion Notebook 15-au109na a couple of days ago and since doing so, when connecting my laptop via HDMI to my AV Receiver (which in turn is connected to my Smart TV) the output on the TV is buggy; the image shown on the TV is what is displayed on the laptop's screen (as usual), with the addition of hundreds of black lines running horizontally across the image on the TV (on the laptop monitor it's fine).
When I re-install the latest video drivers from the HP support site, the image resolves and looks like it used to before I started the driver updates, but only for the first insertion of the HDMI cable. If I pull the HDMI out then put it back in, the output image goes back to having hundreds of black lines. If I restart the laptop, the black lines remain after bootup. I tried swapping out the cables (a trusty HDMI I know works) to no avail, so it isn't the cable. The only way to normalise it again is to reinstall the video drivers, though again it'll only work provided I don't remove the HDMI cable, which isn't at all practical. It isn't a mechanical issue with the HDMI ports. This seems like a driver fault.

After installed all drivers for Windows 7 from HP.com touch screen didnt work.
On Windows 10 touch screen is working properly.

In a hotel room trying to connect laptop to panasonic tv in the room. hooked up hdmi cable to the input on the tv, get a green screen and the sound only. any advice? my other laptop is just plug and play.

Last night my track pad was working just fine and now I can't get my crusier to show up on the screen at all unless I use my wireless mouse.
Im currently trying to calibrate the colors on a second display of mine, so they match the ones on my laptop. I went through the support for the second display, but they said they couldnt help me because the "DDC/CI" on my laptop was "Not supported (missing DPtx services)"
If anyone has any answer as to what this means, and how I can fix it, please help.
I need to enable the "DDC/CI" somehow
