i have questions about my laptop i have some problems with it, need to solve them
for some reason the screen on this laptop does whatever it wants: it just goes blank white whenever it wants, sometimes it is on startup, sometimes it is after startup, so i didnt figure out the pattern that it is
I tried looking for drivers online, and installed them, didnt really help. Suddenly the screen goes normal again, and then i can use it
would like some help maybe of someone who already had this problem
second question is how old is this pc, what year was it made or built

HP Stream, will boot but screen remains black, external monitor shows nothing too
My HP Stream 13 laptop will turn on, LEDs show that batteries successfully supply power to at least that part of the laptop. The issue is that the built-in monitor will not display anything, it remains powered off. A similar issue occurs when I plug a monitor into the HDMI port, the external monitor does not register that an input has been connected. The monitor started acting oddly earlier that very same day, with the screen glitching up a bit.

video streaming lip sync
I'm having this problem for quite sometime, and can't find a solution for it.
Everytime I watch video online, after some time, the video gets delayed from the sound, creating the lip out of sync effect.
This gets worse and more and more noticeable as the video plays along.
How can I correct this anoying issue?

Display malfunctions after waking from sleep
Since the Windows 10 update of OS-build 16299.19 , my Zbook displays the following screen after waking from sleep mode:
The only way to get into the notebook again, is by restarting it.
However, when connecting an external screen, the external screen does work (meaning that it is probably a display driver issue).
I am running all the latest driver versions of my Display Adapters and monitor.
The BIOS is up to date.
The issue never occurred before the Windows update, the newest update of Windows did not fix the issue.
Removing the update does temporarily fix the issue, however since Windows 10 automatically updates the OS, this is not a permanent fix (and of course shouldn't have to be).

Screen Flickering
I have hp 15 notebook.Few days ago it started to flickr a line in top area.It flickers in time interval of 3-4 seconds and screen shakes for some time.I tried to take screenshot of my display but flickering line wont show up there.
Laptop specification:
Processor: i3 3rd generation

HP OMEN 15-5005tx Screen Flickering
Hi, of late i randomly see my screen flickering. Its not major, but more of a subtle flicker which is mostly visible with white backgrounds. I read on a couple of forums that a bios update can fix this. I checked my bios version, which is f.05 and apparently the latest one is f.09, but when I go to my products support page to dowbload the bios, i was met with f.40 rev A. Regardless, I downloaded it and went to update it, but the bios update tool says the bios is locked from the upgrade.
What am I missing guys? how can I updgrade my bios or fix the flicker?

HP Envy to Dual Monitor, Lost Connections
Hello,
FIrst timer here.
I am having trouble with the connection between my HP Envy to any external monitor. The screens randomly flicker off and on, moving any open windows on my external monitor to the main monitor, I lose screen sharing connections, and my shortcut images rearrange.
I am running Windows 10 (64 bit),
I have tried changing up the usb ports (there are 4) and using the HDMI connection, neither one keeps connection with the external monitor. I am running at the recommended screen resolutions for both monitors. I have updated my drivers and ran a troubleshooter. I use a docking station at my desk and have directly connected for out of office presentations, in both scenarios the screen flickers off/on and temporarilly loses connection.
I would love any and all help to fix this as the Envy is my work computer and it's getting very frustrating to deal with the interruptions or to hold online meetings.

Aumentare memoria scheda video
Salve a tutti.
Vorrei sapere se è possibile aumentare la memoria dedicata alla scheda video.
Vorrei portarla a 4gb ddr5 dai 2 attuali.
Il consiglio che chiedo è se sia fisicamente possibile tramite il bios sia di carattere migliorativo sotto il profilo prestazionale del notebook.
Vorrei sapere inoltre dove posso controllare quanta memoria grafica ho da dedicare alla scheda video?
Sapete inoltre se ci sono problematiche future se la cosa fosse possibile?

Atikmpag.sys / atikmdag.sys error when trying to install gpu drivers
So this starts all about a week or two back when my computer decided to throw up BSODs whenever I tried to boot into windows, referencing a mix of atikmpag.sys and atikmdag.sys errors, along with page fault in nonpaged area. I couldn't even get into safe mode, so using linux on a usb stick I managed to back up my files and reinstall windows.
After getting the relevant drivers for everything else, I tried install the video controller drivers for my AMD radeon r7 m260. All 3 of the drivers didn't work.
sp69351.exe - Thrown up BSOD on first boot after restarting after install
sp69299.exe - Literally didn't install any graphics drivers, just amd usb 3.0 drivers and other ones.
sp68613.exe - Can't download for some reason, will stop randomly
Does anyone know where I could get some working drivers or know how I can get these drivers to work.
I'm on Windows 7 64bit and am using a 15-p142na with a r7 m260.

Crack in outer frame of screen spreading throughout screen
Hello! I just opened my laptop and noticed three cracks going across the screen. I located the origin of the cracks and they start at the bottom outer border that is black and has the "hp" on it. When I was at work an hour ago the screen was fine. I closed the laptop, put it in its hp carrying case, then inside my backpack and in the backseat of my car. I got home, got the laptop out of the backpack, out of its case, opened it and it took me a few minutes to notice the cracks. I have not dropped or banged on the laptop at all. I sincerely think it just did this upon opening or closing, but I didn't even close it hard. I googled it and saw that others were having the same issues. The touchscreen still seems to work, but it does have a ghost or shadow type effect now. This computer was just purchased a month ago. What do I do? Has anyone else had this same issue?

Computer is completely unresponsive (Press ESC key for Startup Menu)
Hello, I have the notebook model HP Pavilion 17-g121wm.
When I started up the computer, it kept reading Boot Device not found (Error 3F0)At that point, I tried many things, like enabling the legacy support, and when I tried to do a boot device check, it said that it couldn't find any. For the last resort, I wanted to do a system restore/factory reset, but I couldn't, becausee it didn't have a boot device.
Now, I am on the black screen that reads "Press ESC Key to Start Up Menu, but when I press ESC, it's completely unresponsive. When I restart my computer, I can't even repetitively press a f9 or f10 or f2 to even get the other menus to open. I am on the last resort, and want to even resort to a system restore/factory reset, just wanting to get my computer working again.
Any help? Thank you.
