Hi,
The touchscreen on one of our HP Pavilion 360 laptops has stopped working. I have compared both laptops and can see that the laptop with the problem doesn't have Pen and Touch or Tablet PC Settings in the control panel. Under Device Manager, there is no touch screen driver. When I look at the PC info it says 'No pen or touch input is available for this display'.
I have searched the forums and although this seems to be a common problem I haven't found a solution that works for me. Also, a lot of people have this problem after upgrading from Windows 8 to 10 and the solution is to go back to Windows 8, but I'm sure this laptop already had Windows 10 when I got it.
Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
