Palm Rejection Not Working
Essentially, when I access OneNote, and I try to draw something, with my palm on the screen, palm rejection fails. Instead of drawing what I want, the cursor instead jumps to my palm and right clicks, as if I had been touching and holding a point on the screen.
Is there any way I can fix this?

External Monitor
Hi, Please Help. I want to connect an external monitor via VGA cable to expand my screen on my HP Laptop,
I have gone to the BIOS and my fuction keys are enabled, my function keys does however not work when i pres FN & F4 (Nothing happens) as i see this was advised on other questions,
There is also no "Power tab" in the BIOS Setup utility which has been referred to in other answers ( I therefore cant go to "Hardware power management" or "SATA power management" as mentioned in order to disable the power settings in BIOS
Im not sure how to connect monitor as the laptop does not even pick it up at all, i have checked cables and monitor and it does work on my pc at home, just not my HP at work?

Missing HID-Compliant Touchscreen Driver
Hello,
I recently attempted to update my touchscreen driver to allow for stylus compatibility, however now it has wiped functionallity completely. The driver is now missing, and is not featured under and other heading so I can't simply uninstall or rollback the driver.
I have just performed a hard reset and that did not restore functionality either, and when I search for updates it says there are none available for my device. HP recovery manager could also not restore them for me.
I have also tried updating the bios, chipset and graphics card drivers, but alas to no joy either.
I am told that my device has pen and touch compatibility, but with only two touch points.
I would deeply apreciated if this could be fixed, as I bought a touchscreen laptop, not a standard one.

G6 2011SQ-graphic driver install error
hello guys,
I just buy a HP pavilion G6-2011SQ-Product number B4W98EA#AKE.
I have some problems about heating.Cooler is running like crazy,hardware monitor show CPU temp around 70 C with no app running,and rise up to 106C.
I just apply a fresh thermal compound TG-2
No dust inside,fresh chean,sink tube,cooler,radiator...
I instal a fresh Windows 8 and update to windows 10.
I can not instal driver for AMD card.Device manager can see this like:Microsoft basic Display Adapter,and unknow dewice-in other device section.
I download from HP driver but run in to a error when I try install it.I also download driver from AMD official website but no succes.
Please give me a hend,to solve this issue.I really need better grphic card for image processing.

when connecting a 4th display, 3rd one shuts off
I have 3 external displays and yesterday they all connected and I had a 4 monitor setup.
Today, I can only run any 2 of the displays.
1. EliteDisplay E190i via VGA to VGA.
2. EliteDisplay E190i via DisplayPort to HDMI.
3. EliteDisplay S140u via USB-3 to Micro-B (native cable that came with display).
When all 4 are plugged in, they all appear in Display Settings, but the monitor connected via DisplayPort cannot be enabled. It is listed as Disconnect This Monitor and when changing the status, it kicks right back to Disconnected.
When I pull out any one of the connections, the other 2 externals both work.

mouse pad
im not tec savy so please bear with me. the mouse pad on my laptop isnt working. Every time i try to click on something (icon, task bar, website...) the task bar on the right of my screen pops open. I cant copy and past. someone please help.

webcam has no clarity
I'm using the HP br011tx model. I've noticed that the webcam has a blurry quality to it, while it is supposed to be HD. I've tried contacting HP support and also had an engineer visit me. Inspite of trying to update/ reisntall the driver and update the bios version, it is still blurry. Also, I've used YouCam software which doesn't even improve the quality one bit. Suggest a solution

Touchscreen not available?
I have a pavilion 11x360 and when I first recieved the laptop it was working fine with a touchscreen. Last year I hadn't been using it as much and when i recently started again, I noticed that the screen wasn't responding to touch. I checked the settings and it tells me that there is no pen or touch info on the computer, even though when it was bought it had a fully functioning touchscreen. I've gone through my computer and there is practically no trace that touchscreen working before I've tried the control panel, the shortcuts, the drivers, and I've found nothing to indicate that it was here or how to get it back. Could the screen have been damaged and the computer just switched the settings because it's broken? Is there a way to fix this? or do I just need to get a new computer if i want a touchscreen?

Screen stuttering
So, I am getting these stutters on my screen and it flashes like the picture a couple of times fast, before it goes away but every now and again it keeps doing it. I don't know why. I've tried lowering my resolution but that kept happening and I am running the latest update on windows 10. However, it seems to matter which program I am using because I have never experienced it ever happening on the edge browser or at my desktop.

hola la verdad me compre esta laptop pensando en lo poderoza que era, desde un comienzo todo marchaba de maravilla hasta que el drivers de amd se actualizó y dejó de trabajar con ambas tarjetas ya que posee integrada R5 + R7 M440 4gb DDr3 dedicada, e intentado instalar el driver sp75640 funciona pero solo con la r5, y otros no le son compatibles, tambien e intentado con Crimson ReLive Edition 17.7.2 pero no le es compatible, por favor alguna solución

Seconf iplay works only when "second screen only" is selected
I have an old video display that has an vga connector. I have used on other computer with an HDMI converter with success at 1920 1080 resolution. With this computer it only works when I select it as the only display, and only at a lower recommended resolution of 1680 1050 (recommended by the laptop).
So the hdmi to vga video converter works on this computer.
Why wont' it work in extended mode as it does on my other computers?

HP Pavilion Beats - Cracked Screen , Touch Screen Not Working
About a year ago , my HP Pavilion Beats laptop screen was cracked and the touch screen also does not work , so ever since I have been connecting it through HDMI to the TV. Now , I need to be able to take it other places for school , how do I go about getting it repaired or sending it somewhere & also if a repair is possible , will the touch touchscreen be repaired ?

External Display with HP Envy 13 ad-008n
I have recently bought my new HP ENVY 13 ad-008n laptop. It has 2 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB Type-C 3.1 ports, one of which has DP1.2.
Can anyone advise what additional hardware - adapter or cable - needed to connect this laptop to an external display?
I have tried with this one: https://www.hama.com/00135729/hama-4in1-usb-c-multiport-adapter-for-2x-usb-31-hdmi-and-usb-c-data, however my laptop won't recognize it (all ports on the adater works wine except the HDMI). Nothing happens when I connect HDMI cable to my monitor.
My Monitor is LG E2251 and it has following inputs: HDMI, DVI and VGA (D-SUB).
I would like to know what specific piece of hardware I neet to buy to get the signal on my external display.

Touch screen ghosting
My HP Pavillion x360 convertable suffers from random movements of the cursor if the touchscreen is on. I say randon, but it appears it is always trying to go to a vertical strip about two inches from the right hand side of the screen. This can be seen by running the diagnostic test.
I have tried everything on HP and other forums and on the HP problem solving facility, but nothing works. I can only conclude it is a hardward problem unless someone can suggest anything else.
