Yellow Spot in top left corner of HP Pavilion 360x convertible laptop
Hi, I just bought my laptop on August 13th. I noticed today that I have a yellow spot in the top left corner of my laptop. I have seen that this is a prevalent issue for this model. I haven't seen anywhere where others have troubleshooted the issue. I just am worried this issue will continue to worsen.

Warranty
My screen has a pressure crack I believe and HP wants over $400 to replace it which is double the price I paid for it which is ridiculous, I am covered under warranty. I am now telling all of my clients, friends, and Family to avoid HP products because there is no customer service nor loyalty. I am highly disappointed and will hand wfriting a letter to corporate and contacing the BBB as well as other agencies.

HDMI port isn't working
I am unable connect my HP laptop to LCD screen through HDMI port. After plugging in (with VGA to HDMI conversion cable as my HP laptop doesn't have a VGA port)), dispaly shows that there is no signal. While using other ports on my HP laptop, the LCD monitor displays noramlly. I don't now where/what is the problem with my HDMI port. Should I change my HDMI port. Is it possible?

Cursor continuously keeps freezing; only unfreezes by hitting CTRL key
My cursor randomly keeps freezing, accompanied by screen jumpng & jittering. I can only unfreeze the cursor by hitting CTRL key.
Also, when I hit the spacebar while typing, the cursor zooms off to the right, again usually stopped by hiiting CTRL. Please help!

Multiple display for ac146tu
Hi,
Can anyone help me with my problem? I'm having a hard time connecting my laptop to my external monitor, I want to use multiple display so that I can do multi tasking. My desktop monitor is AOC, everytime I connect my monitor through VGA cable I always get "No Signal". I've tried installing android based OS and it's working fine but it only project my laptop display.
My HP Laptop is 14-ac146tu

Keyboard not working
I bought this laptop in August and now the keyboard has stopped working. It started off being just a few keys and the Caps Lock key staying lit up but extended to the whole keyboard. Any suggestions?

Mouse/cursor jumps when typing
When typing continuously, the mouse jumps to different areas of the page and as as result, i have to stop, go back, edit all the typos and then move cursor to the end of the sentence and start again.

The icons on my screen move around sporadically
Whenever i try to move icons around on the left side of my laptop screen it moves all nearby icons around randomly. I currently have them somewhat organized as there seemed to be a pattern but when i drag and drop one icon anywhere near another they all move randomly around the screen.
I should also make it clear that there are parts of the screen that are unaffected by this like the top right corner of the screen. But anywhere on the left side of the screen experiences this bug.
I tried a hard shutdown and multiple restarts but nothing has changed. On one restart my icons seemingly reorganized themselves on the left side of the screen. Unfortunately I tried to move one and this caused them all to move once again.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

External Monitor Options
Hi I need to add an external monitor via HDMI and at least 2 standard USB ports to my HP Envy 13-AD173CL Laptop. I'd like to add this all in a single "port replicator"/docking station type of setup, so i just have to plug/unplug one usb-c connector when i go mobile.
I got a j5create JCA 374 USB Type-C MultiAdapter which worked fine for the USB, but the HDMI doesn't seem to work. I'm suspecting the Envy 13-AD173CL doesn't support USB 3.1 DP Alt Mode? Which it appears the JCA374 uses for the HDMI port.
I see this from the HP website for this laptop - so i assume no Alt mode. 2 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge); 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1 HP Sleep and Charge); 1 headphone/microphone combo
Does anyone know what standard/options/WHATEVER this laptops usb 3.1 supports that i can use to accomplish the above and maybe a product recommendation?

Laptop Camera showing black screen
Hi,
The camera of my laptop worked fine until 6 months ago. Now it only shows a black screen. I am unable to make video calls on Skype to connect with family. I have already reset the laptop twice to factory settings. Updated the drivers from device manager. Suprisingly all are up to date but camera only shows black screen. It does get switched on and a white light is seen. Please help.

Touchpad Not available for any action or process
Hi,
The touchpad of my HP 15 Notebook PC is not working. I was using Windows 7, 64 bit and to address this issue upgraded to windows 10 but still the issue isn't solved. Detailes of problem are:-
a. Touchpad is not responsive, neither touch buttons. But external (USB) mouse works fine.
b. Synaptic Touchpad or anything regarding touchpad is not available in Device manger neither in device settings.
c. In Mouse and touchpad settings only Mouse heading is available whereas TOUCHPAD is not. when i click on additional mouse options i get "Unable to connect to the Synaptics Pointing Device Driver if you have installed another ps 2 pointing device driver please uninstall the synaptics by using the yes button. You then need to reinstall your pointing device driverfor your external device again"
SO Far I've did fol remedial actions but none of them worked:-
1. Re-installation of windows
2. Downloaded and installed latest synaptic pointing device drivers but they didn't show in devices (device manger)
3. Ran HP hardware dignostic tool from bootup and despite touchpad test nothing worked.

i have uninstalled and reinstalled synaptic drivers from hp drivers support (official) and directly from synaptic official site but nothing worked.

Screen goes black when I connect to wireless Display
Hello,
I have been trying to get my new Notebook to connect to my toshiba wireless display, but everytime I do the display just turns black.
My Notebook is a HP envy 17t touch-u100.
The display is a Toshiba 55L7400U with intel Widi.
Please can somone help me fix this.
