HP ENVY M6 Hinge Cover Issue
Does anyone know how I can get my hinge covers and the lcd bezel that covers the screen fixed ...My hinge cover broke off and now the bezel is seperating from the screen..heard there was a recall??

Touchscreen on Pavilion Notebook 11-n010dx not working after reset & reinstall of Windows 10
Under System, it says "No pen or touch input is available for this display". When I run HP diagnostics (F2 during bootup), I can calibrate the touchscreen successfully but when Windows completely boots up, the touchscreen does not work. The PC originally came with Windows 8 but was upgraded to Windows 10 before the reset. I reset the PC and reloaded Windows 10 and the touchscreen does not work.

Before I go and buy DisplayPort - DisplayPort Mini, I asking you, Is this laptop surlly show 144Hz from DisplayPort (DP++) or not? Many thanks.

touchpad problems
My touchpad from my laptop/tablet doesn,t always work right. Sometimes when i click, it responned imediately, but then a few minutes later it doesn't work at all. I can always scroll with my toucpad, but the clicks are a problem.

1)unistalled and reinstalled the "HP True Vision FHD RGB-IR" driver
2) Allowed on Windows Privacy settings all apps to be able to use my camera.

hp spectre 15-bl012dx external display stops working when I close the lid of the notebook.
Although the setup of the display is in "duplicate" mode, and power options on lid close actions is set on 'do nothing".
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers but nothing works.
When I choose from Windows menu "second screen only" also the extrenal display blacks out.

Huge FPS drops on new laptop
Hi,
Few days ago i bought a new laptop hp pavilion 15-cc502nw.
spec:
Intel® Core™ i5 7gen 7200U 2,5 - 3,1 GHz
8 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM
NVIDIA® GeForce® 940MX
1-TB 5400-rpm SATA
Windows 10 64BIT
When I'm playing games I have massive FPS drops. The FPS from 50 to 8 for 6 seconds and then it jumps back to 50 FPS again.. (Every minute) This is really annoying and makes the game unplayable.
When the battery is fully charged and the AC is disconnected I have no FPS drops. If the battery is empty and I connect the AC the FPS drops every minute.
Temperature during the game is less than 65*C.
I already tried the following steps:
-Battery on high prestations
-Installing newest drivers (HP and NVDIA)
-Updating Windows 10
-Changing settings in NVIDA control center
- Update BIOS to F.10
I really hope that we will find out the solution.

touch pad goes crazy
My touchpad goes crazy,now more often than before,it freezes then the left click won`t work and when I try to move the cursor it just goes crazy and zooms all over the screen then stops and freezes.I have to turn off the laptop then on again.It works for a while then does the same again...So annoying for an expensive Laptop.

I want to know how I can make work an active pen in my spectre x360 13-023dx. There is any firmware from HP to charge in the laptop in order to be able to use a pen? I was reading and nobody knows if there is a solution. I understand that everything will be solved if HP launch the propper firmware

Hp Envy Convertible Not Auto Rotating
I've been looking everywhere to solve the problem, but all of the solutions of going into advanced settings don't work as I do not have that option at all. I've turned my laptop off and on, but it still does not seem to be working. It doesn't even engage in tablet mode unless I do it manually in the notifications option. Even if I engage it in tablet mode, my screen will not rotate. As of now, my settings allow for auto detection of a rotation, but it does not seem to be registering.
Recently, I have had a problem with the recent Windows 10 update where I can log in to my laptop, but the screen is completely black aside from my cursor, which I could move. My fiance managed to fix that issue, but I am not sure if that issue has to do with this one. I figured I would throw it in there.
This is a relatively new laptop, so I'm surprised with the amount of issues I've been having. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I appear to have exactly the same issue, except that I am using Windows 10 - is there anything new I could possibly check on the Windows 10 operating system to see if the VGA port itself is broken?

Elitedisplay S240uj (p/n T7B66AT) and USB-C connection to a Macbook gives no image
I'm trying to connect a new 2017 Macbook with USB-C to the Elitedisplay S240uj but I get a warning the USB cable is not HP and I dont get a screen displayed. The same monitor on a desktop with DP works fine.
Any ideas?

My Touchpad Sensitivity changes after an hour or so
After an hour or so, the touch pad quits working normally. It's almost like it makes my fingertip smooth, and looses sensitivity.

Throttling win low temp
Hello!
I have a new PC, and it appears that is not funcionig well, has my self i love playing games, and i do know that this pc is not the best for that, but i just play games like League of legends and CS go, they are not that demanding for the pc, but in game i got FPS drops, random times , it does looks like a eating promblem whem the GPU or CPU needs to throttle to cooldwn, so i downloaded the GPU-z to see what appens whem in game, and i got a nice cool temps on games, cpu is fine on around 40ºc and the GPU is randomly around 50ºc never more than 58, or less than 40º, and whit that sayed, i could see my GPU throttles down randomly around 55ºc some times even at 45~ºc, i dont understend what is appening, and i dont know how to fix it. The pc works like is hot but is not. I tryed updating, downgrading, tryed to put the pc a little bit hight to cool better. The pc is new, its clean, updated and i have it on a table, whit nice cooling area.
I really hope o can fix this, i dint buy a broken pc!??!?
