Hi,
I've purchased an HP Spectre x2 Detachable Notebook and it comes with a digital pen. The pen connects through Bluetooth to the computer with no issues and shows the Windows Ink Workspace icon in the toolbar. The top button works (opens OneNote) but I cannot assign a function to the two side buttons and more importantly the pen itself does not interact with the screen in any way.
Any ideas why?

I have two HP Probook 450 G3s that if I attempt to change the Screen Resolution, Display or Orientation using the drop downs on the screen resolution page they will only flash the list then disappear. I have discovered the drop downs work fine if wifi is turned off but this happens if wifi is on. I have removed and re-installed both the wifi adapter and display adapter (intel HD Graphics 520).

I have a serious problem updating the Intel HD Graphics 630 graphics card driver. At first, the problem was to launch a new version of the intro. Intalator displayed a message that it could not check the system version and quit. It helped remove the driver and immediately launch the installer. After installation, Windows Update has started to "update" the driver to version 21.20.16.4542! I do not have the option to run the 4678, 4771, or 4815 driver, as this shows me:
I have not been able to install the driver through the .exe and .zip files, an update attempt through the Device Manager ends with the message that the driver is "best" for the device.
What is the problem?
I have an hp laptop with a docking station. The laptop is set to never sleep and not to sleep when the lid is closed. The laptop is docked with the lid closed, the monitor does not recognize the laptop. if you open the lid after being docked, the monitor will pick up the signal and display. The laptop can be closed at this time and will work fine. I am not sure whether the problem is with the laptop or the dock. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
This problem affects all HP computers if I'm correct. I've used multiple HP Notebooks with various operating systems. All of which have the same issue. I know its not a bug but I just want to know if theres a soloution to this. The reason why I dont like it is because it affectsmy gaming experience.
upon opening my laptops screen found that there was a crack going abross the length of the screen. This is with no mishandling of the laptop.
with a lot of previous threads surrounding this obvious manufacturer defect, I'm looking for a replacement or repair program for this.
my laptop is a little over 1 year old now.
a couple of months ago i got a pop-up window during startup about Accelerometer exe failed.
About that same time the laptop stopped powering up consistently (intermitten) when the lid was opened. It steadily got worse, powerup failure on lid open.
i finally realized that it WAS powering up, but the display just wasn't lighting up.
So, that was the actual problem all along, the display wouldn't light up when the lid was opened. It was intermitten at first, but now after several weeks, it won't light up at all.
If i turn the power off and then back on i get a momentary flicker on the screen but thats it! Same flicker when turning the power off.
Whats going on ??

Are there buttons to adjust the Gamma, Saturation & Contrast for this computer - separate from the Brightness buttons to lower or increase brightness? Or, is this done through the Operating System? None of the manuals or web specifically describe how to adjust the Gamma, Saturation & Contrast, ETC settings for this laptop. On my desktop computer i have a NVIDIA graphics card - that I have an NVIDIA program to adjust these settings - do I need a program from HP that goes into the graphics settings? Windows 10 does NOT have adjustments for these settings. Has anyone found out OR had the need to adjust the Gamma, Saturation & Contrast, ETC settingson theor HP laptop & where was this information found? This is not listed in the manual & do NOT see any buttons on the screen to adjust - like there are on a desktop monitor.

My screen on 15t-ae000 CTO (Touch) is black. I have tried the Display and Touchscreen Troubleshooting, but it does not work. Computer is working on other device such my tv, and I realized that my touchscreen is working as well because I an touch my black screen, and it moves on my tv. I can not reach o replace the memory, so it is the only step I have not done yet. Notebook is sealed.

^ The specs tells that this model is full HD (1080x1920) while people who bought this laptop are telling the display is mere 1366x768 HD only! Is there a confusion regarding the model? Some websites lists HP 15g-br011tx as HP Imprint series!..Many Indian buyers are super confused now because of the lack of clarity regarding this model whether it is Full HD or not.
Can someone from HP India clarify this? It is for sure an HD model only as per customers.

hello, my notebook display is acting weird since 3days and i have never seen this type of problem ever before. it happens everytime when i switch on my notebook and sometimes i have to restart my pc to remove this weird display. i want to know is this my software or hardware problem. i have posted the screenshot, please have a look and reply with solution. thanks!

I recently bought the HP Pavilion x360 15-bk163dx laptop. I already have an HP stylus but this model appears to not be compatable with my laptop. I have looked at HP's list of what stylus is compatable with what model type but I am just unsure of what some of the codes mean. They say that model 15-bk1xx is compatable with a certain stylus but what is that model? it sounded to me that the xx can be any letters or numbers but that leaves me without the dx on the end. Just trying to ensure that the stylus that is supposed to work with 15-bk1xx will also work with my laptop before i buy it.
