No error message but by itself the display just scroll down until either pressing ESC or at end of page. In Excel, it will just continue ...
My touchscreen just stopped working one day. Tried to uninstall and reinstalling driver.

Dark corner
Hi,
I have owned my HP 250 G5 Notebook PC for nearly 7 months. I turned it on a couple of days ago and the screen is very dull in the bottom right hand corner of the screen only. I have updated all the relevant drivers and have gone through the troubleshooting section but it still remains dull. I have been trying to contact support but it won't recognise my serial number even though i have registered it. It also says my warranty has expired even though I bought the product brand new from Amazon on the 17th of March. Amazon have advised me to go on to the support pages on the HP website to organise a repair but it will not let me dispute the warranty status.
Any advice would be greatly received

track pad is not working
For some reason, my trackpad two-finger scroll is not working in Microsoft edge. I tried to see if the gesture was turned off in my settings, but the scroll seems to be working in settings, but not in my edge browser. Please give me advice on how to fix it because it is rather annoying having to use the sidebar when I can easily do it on my trackpad. Thank you!

Touch screen stops working
I bought this laptop four days ago (HP Envy x 360). I have been having trouble with the touchscreen. It stops working. To get the touchscreen working again I have to go into device manager, disable and enable the touchscreen, and then restart my computer. When I go to disable it, it says it is working properly. I have tried calibrating the touchscreen. I am not comfortable doing tricky troubleshooting so I hope there is an easy fix. Thank you for the help.

Screen cracked and touch not working. Need screen model information
My HP ENVY x360 screen is cracked and the touch is not working. It was working 15 mins after this happened but now has stopped completely. Is there a way to get the touch working again without replacing the digitizer or screen. The crack is very small and almost invisible hence I am not looking to replace the screen.

Once in a while my screen will just freeze for a second, then it's ok for a little. I play this game that requires an up to date graphics driver, but when i try to update it the one i currently have installed will not udpate. i was wondering if it would hurt to disable the current one and use the intel updated driver.

Spectre x360. Not able to project to external displayes
I have a Spectre 360 15 inch 2017 model. It had intel HD and 940MX installed. I had the screen flickering issue and based on support forum responses i disabled Intel HD and just had 940MX.
Now, when I press F4 to project I get a message that "You PC cannot project to another display". When I try to get to NVIDIA Control Panel. It says Cannot open setting and that display is not connected to this driver.
When I enable Intel HD i am able to project but the screen flickering returns.
How to enable Nvidia Control Panel and display on projector or how to prevent screen flickering with Intel HD enabled?

touchpad middle-click
I have an HP Pavilion with Windows 10, and I'm using GIMP, a paint program, which needs me to do a middle-click to access a feature. Is there a way to do a middle-click on a Synaptics touchpad? I can't find anything about it. Or is there some shortcut or hot key function that will do it?

Stylus pen doesnt work on Spectre 15" x360
Ive bought the HP stylus pen (Active one with batteries and the little side clicker button) the problem is that it doesnt work very well (at all really) on my screen. Any help or suggestions? and yes....I have changed the battery in it for good measure

Computer screen cracked
My screen has over time with use not from any damage on my part separated from the back paneling due to a hinge plate that seems to have been glued to the back panel coming undone and when opening the laptops lid forced the screen outward breaking it.

I used to avail SimplePass that came with this device, and has since disappeared. I tried re-installing it, but the installer found a conflict with something called Authen Tec. So, my questions are:
1. How do I re-install SimplePass?
2. How to I find an alternative to Simplepass, of the later is not gonna work for me?

Unable to use touch
Hi I purchased a HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible, yesterday, 7th Oct '17. While I'm able to use all it's features without any difficulty, I'm unable to use touch fuction when the laptop is either in tent mode or when it is fully turned 360 degrees. In the normal mode the touch screen works perfectly fine. Could this be a hardware issue ? Please I need a quick reply so that I can get it replaced from the seller. Thanks in advance.
