Hello and good afternoon. 

 

I am having trouble with my Synaptics Touchpad. It doesn't work and my computer doesn't seem to find it in mouse/touchpad settings and properties. I have tried updating the drivers, but it still doesn't work. I am currently only able to use the touch screen, but I would prefer to use both at times. How do I effectively uninstall and reinstall the drivers and necessary software? I could really use some assistance. My Serial Number is CND5260FMD and my Product number is G6Q88UA#ABA.

I have updated the BIOS, HotKey utility, uninstalled and reinstalled the monitor driver. Nothing has resolved this issue.

just had my touchscreen replaced.  i just unpacked it and there was tape on all 4 corners.  looking further, the bottom of screen is popped out of the plastic.   Is it too much to ask that you don't emply Red Green at your repair facility?  I'm afraid if I remove the tape the screen will pop out.  Not happy!!

My keyboard is skipping all over the place after one year of decent performance.  Often the space bar will not register, or it will put the space 2-3 characters late.  Hyphens, same problem.  Also, i'll get a string of capital letters where I did not ask for them.  I am going to type a sample below and leave the result on screen:

En son güncel driverların yüklü oldugu bilgisayarımda oyunlarda ufak ufak takılmalar yaşıyorum fps 250 ani düşüş yok lakin oyunlar takılıyor oyunu kapattığımda ilk masaüstüne geldiğimde sağ tıkladığımda aynı 1 saniyelik takılmayı hep yaşıyorum ve pc masalar arası taşırken taşıdıktan sonra ilk açmamda cihaz 3 katı geç açılmakta cihaz daha 2 haftalık şimdi servise gönderdim ama bir hata yok demişler ve 3 saatte karar vermişler buna donanın kontrolü kendi arayüüznden yaptığımda zaten 12 saat sürmüştü .

Video on my laptop suddenly died.  No bars or any other warnings that something was wrong.  I've gone through all the troubleshooting procedures.  With no luck.  Who do I get ahold of to send it into HP?

Suddenly my mouse pad was blocked by my hp envy 17 notebook. Maybe i pressed something by error so it went blocked. Does anyone know how to reactivate it. i think it must be unblocked by some pad touches or shortcuts throughout the keyboard or the mouse pad it self.

So, I , like many people on this forum, purchased an HP Envy 360 Convertible laptop with the intentions of using it for art. I then purchased a $60 stylus that I was told my HP and Best Buy would work for drawing on the touchscreen. Well, guess what? It doesnt do anything! I am super disappointed that I spent almost $1000 bucks for the computer and stylus for it to not work for what I wanted.  If anyone has any advice on a 3rd party stylus that I could use PLEASE LET ME KNOW! (Should have used my money on a Surface Pro, that i know would have done the job fabulously and sacrificed the screen size....)

I have a HP Pavilion laptop (2017, new one) using windows 10 operating system

I can not get a Dell 16"? monitor to pair with the HP laptop.  The Laptop just will not pick up the screen (doesn't recognise it)  I've tried :a HDMI and I've tried a USB 3.0 with an adaptor to the VGA adaptor.

- HDMI to VGA 

- USB 3.0 with an adaptor to the VGA adaptor.

 

Drivers are all saying most recent, all the pair functions are on. The monitor is on auto detect.

 

Neither work......  Any suggestions?  I have no idea what i am doing wrong!  With thanks

We have the hp pavilion touch all-in-one 27-a227c (specs: i7-7700T 27" touch display, 16GB DR4, NVIDIA GeForce 930MX, Windows 10, Bluetooth) and would like to use a compatible active stylus in order to use a Windows 10 program called "StaffPad" for music writing

From developer: "StaffPad requires a Windows 10 device with an active digitiser. There are many compatible tablets with active digitiser technology, but please check with the manufacturer that your device supports true active pen input before purchasing StaffPad. A passive stylus or capacitive touch-only device is not compatible with StaffPad."

 

Is our computer compatible with an active stylus - and if so which HP active stylus are compative.

My HP Chromebook does not go to sleep when I close the lid, I did some research and it is not a software issue.

My warranty is still Active and I would like to get it replaced.

I am having a problem with the brightness. I have read about people having problems with this as well, however mine is super dim...won't brighten at all. I can't hardly see the screen... any advice or knowledge would be awesome! Thanks in advance!

I have a HP ENVY X360 laptop, all the sudden the screen turn black, the power button still light (on),  I press and hold the power button until it turn off, then turn it back o, still black screen.  What can I do to fix this?

i have 2gb dedicated graphic card in my laptop i.e. 15-ay105ne which now i found is not good enough for most of new games.Possible to change it with Nvidia GTX980M G-Sync Clevo/Sager MXM Graphics Card 8GB which is available to buy on ebay?

Hi!

 

I own a hp and touchscreen stopped one day.. nothing happend.. 

now only then pen is working.

 

I tried all new updates / drivers / new windows ( 8/8.1/10 etc)

 

nothing works.

 

there is still 18 months garrantly left but i dont got the  receipt...

This notebook has had barely any use in its lifetime and I want to get it as operational as I can. The display has always been poor, the icons stretched and the screen generally a bit blurry.  the previous owner did not mind it but I am hoping there is something I can do to improve it.  Would upgrading the BIOS help  maybe?
