When i try to use the webcam in any application the webcam light turns on my mic works fine but for some reason the webcam is not broadcasting anything it just shows black and nothing else.
any help would be great!

computer screen dose not work, if I use a monitor it works but screen dose not
Running a HP dv7 with new mother board, memory, key board, fan, battery, hard drive. All work done by HP service center updated to windows 10 started having problems when mother replaced and upgraded windows 10 screen will not work but computer works fine hooked up to a monitor I have scaned the computer many times and get messages that missing a driver HP scan says everything good thanks for ant help, bobbobear

White dots on Laptop LCD screen.
There are two white spots on my notebook screen that i noticed recently. Notebook is under limited warrancty so I visited the nearest HP service centre and came to know that this is not covered under standard warranty as this is CID. I rarely use my notebook say just for movies or video songs and dont remember any mishandling or shock to my notebook. In fact, it always remains at home. How can i get my notebook's screen replaced under warranty?

Hi,
I have installed windows 8.1 64 bit in HP 240 G5 Notebook PC.
But when search for driver I found nothing for windows 8.1/8 .
So, My question is Can I install Windows 8/8.1 in this model?
Unable to find Graphic driver so i am not be able adjust britness and video quelity is not clear
Can you please guide where I can find that else I have to change this model as our one application does not support either 7 or 10.

Trying to connect 2 displays via VGA connections BUT don't work
Trying to connect 2 displays via VGA connections BUT the one seen on photo doesn't work. It's the one vertical.
However the one at the bottom of fan works & identifies (only 1) of the monitors.
How can I overcome this struggle.

True docking station (with power) for ProBook 450 G3?
Hi,
I just got a ProBook 450 G3 for work. I was sent a docking station that seems to technically be a port replicator - as in it does not actually charge/power the laptop. (http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/kensington-usb-30-docking-station-with-dual-dvi-hdmi-vga-video-sd3500v
I'm used to docking stations where you "click in" but that also doesn't appear to be an option with this laptop. Are there any true docking stations out there that will allow me to power my laptop as well as connect it to periferals?
