A game keep minimizing to the tool bar when a cutscene is supposed to play. I meet all the recommended system requirements. The game is Knights of the Old Republic, downloaded from Grand Old Games. I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions there, they don't help.

Color Tone Netflix
Hi,
I have the same problem. Its persistent video, both local video on the hard drive as well as on all Netflix and Amazon prime video. No discernible change in the screen while browsing. or doing other tasks. The colours on the video change from rich to washed out randomly, and it has become a major irritant for watching movies/TV.

Spectre x360 Convertible 13 is not loading my Radeon r 290 while using an Omen Accelerator.
I recently purchased the new HP Omen Accelector and put my XFX r9 290 card in it and my laptop will not allow the drive to load properly. The omen software states the card is installed and when I look in device manager it shows up but the driver is stop because windows reported an error with it. I have made sure that the install was clean even using something called DDU to clean all the files and reinstall but that did not work. The laptop is completely upgraded and I made sure that all drivers installed correctly from this page that the documentation sends us too

One thing to note that i just noticed is that the Thunderbolt software keeps closing.
Any suggestions would be great.

Display replacement - IPS VS TN
Hello, I bought a laptop HP Probook 470 g4, everything works smooth and great.
The only drawback is the dislpay wich is a HD+ TN screen with poor contrast and very poor color reproduction.
I was wandering if i can replace this screen with a Full HD IPS wich is available on higher specced versions of this notebook.

Scrolling on touchpad randomly stops working
Hi all,
My new laptop has been doing this thing where the scroll function on my trackpad stops working. I can point, click, etc but scrolling is a no go. It only fixes itself after a restart.
I can scroll if I use the touchscreen however.

ENVY 7640 Touchscreen not working. HELP!
My touchscreen is completely black and no lights whatsoever but able to print directly form my computer. I followed the steps listed above and STILL not working. This printer isn't even a year old yet and I have no idea what happened to it. There's no damage to it at it and it IS plugged directly into a wall outlet and I have disconnected the power cord from the rear of the printer for 1+ minute. Help please.

Very minor dot is showing in my display screen, It might be one pixel damage issue..??

Today I had bought new HP NOTEBOOK 15 BS579tx.
But while using it I observed a very minor dot in my display screen. It might be pixel damage or any other issue I am not confirmed. I also tried to capture that dot so that I can share the screenshot with you but in screenshots it is not visible. I mean to say that that particular dot showing in the display but it is not capturing in screenshot.
So can you provide me the exact issue behind this, it is not a big issue for me as of right now but may be it will be a serious issue in future.
So, I need your guidance to understand this issue.

Can HDMI port in Envy 15 laptop be changed
Hello, I have HP Envy 15 with 4K monitor. I connected it to an external 4K monitor but had mouse latency issue which turned to caused by an old HDMI -1.4 port in this laptop. The Intel graphics card supports 4K@60Hz but the HDMI port allows only 4k@30HZ which leads to the latency in the mouse.
First, I wondered what was the reason for putting this old port in the new laptop?. It does not make any sense, since the monitor of the laptop itself is 4K.
Second, I wondered if it was possible to change the HDMI port to the new HDMI 2.0 port.
