I have a HP pavilion x360 convertible and when I log in the screen goes blank. The laptop is new I recently bought it two weeks ago. Any help would be great.

Adonit has just launched their new active stylus pen for windows based tablets. Does anyone know if the Elite x2 supports the Microsoft Pen protocol or the Wacom protocol please?

Flickering screen issue in HP spectre x360 15'
Hi,
I got my brand new custom build Spectre x360 2 days ago and yesterday night I started seeing this kind of issues : https://youtu.be/HR6fVEsOoz8
Thing is that after a while they stop and everything seems working fine.
Now I have left it updating to see if it is a driver issue.
Also I can try reinstalling windows from scratch if that helps.
Thoughts ?

how do i wall mount this monitor? On the back the compaq logo is where the other 2 screwholes would be for the wall mount, so only 2 screws would be properly secured.

Flickering screen issue in HP spectre x360 15'
I have had my Spectre 360 for almost a month now and am soooo disappointed. It is unbelievable the issues I am having. It blinks constantly, the battery lasts no longer than 3 hours. I bought this for the beginning year of my Grad program, and I have never been so sick of a purchase. If I could take it back I definitely would and would happily take something cheaper to replace this junk. Anyway, I am also having issues with my internet freezing and screen flickering, low battery life....those are the main issues I need resolved. I was having issues with screen going black, but I corrected that with answers from someone on the forum. Any help or guidance would be appreciated! I am at my witt's end!

Mouse pad
Since i bought this HP Elitebook 8570p i've noticed something, whenever i maintain a button in my keyboard the cursor stops moving even though i'm still moving my mouse pad and it's really irritating especially when playing a game where you have to keep moving and aiming using the mouse. Anyone has got an idea on how to get this solved? Thanks in advance!

HP Envy m6 Broken Hinge
My HP Envy laptop right hinge has just broken. I read on the forum this has been a problem in the past and other customers back in 2014 were getting their laptops fixed for free even though out of warranty. What can I do to have my hinge fixed? I am unable to close my laptop as it is pulling on the plastic aroung the screen and I fear it will crack.

Why red line across my screen again?
Why is there a little tiny red line that popped up on my screen? I know it only does that on Deviantart.com Help me plz. I just got a new harddrive for this laptop I hope I don't have to get another harddrive. Cos on my old harddrive it did this too.

Spectre Screen going black and works again after moving screen up and down
I am having a recurrent issue with my display. The screen will go black or have lines through it and will only begin working again after moving the screen up and down multiple times. It is a very annoying issue and so far HP service has been terrible in assiting with this issue. The unit still has 10 months remianing on warranty.

HP Pavillion x360 (2in1 laptop) black screen
Hi, I have purchased Pavillion x360 and using from last 3 to 4 weeks from purchase. All of suddent, I am seeing my convertable laptop is showing black screen. I tried several times rebooting the system and it did not help me. I request your support in fixing the issue. Now, the status still Black screen and after reboot trying to load (HP symblo is showing) and then nothing is shwoing on the screen.
Please support me at the earliest to fix this issue.

my screen has images burned onto it. And Cust support said they didnt see it..
Friday night, i woke the laptop up and there were images in the background of the screen, like see-through screen shots, im under warranty, and the support rep said they didnt see anything.. everyone else sees it. how do i get this fixed?

dedicated Video Memory Issue
Hello. Lets get you straight on to the question. Actually i have hp probook 6470b. i have 4gb ram. i am facing issue in dedicated video memory as the approx. total memory is 1792 mb and the display memory is just 32mb. because of that i am facing problems in playing some games that lags in every 3 sec approx. and the main thing is i cant even change the graphic card. once i accessed the bios but there is no option of video configuration or to change this dedicated memory. kindly can anyone tell me any solution/tool for changing the dedicated memory. i will be very helpful for me in games.

Missing accessories
I'm not completely sure, but I recently realised that my product is missing an accessory. I did not realise this when the product was delivered, but when a friend purchased the same item, he was provided with a stylus. Not sure if this is meant to have been included or if I now need to order one separately.

Can't connect to wireless display when using 5Ghz Wi-Fi
Issue:
When we connect our computer model to a 5Ghz Wi-Fi network, we can not use the wireless transfer of image and sound to a Miracast product. But when we use 2.4Ghz, it works. If we have used 5Ghz network once, we need to reboot the computer for 2.4Ghz to work again. When that does not work, we get the message "Could not connect." The Intel WiDi log never starts (never visible).
Method: When we create a connection, we use Windows log + P. Then select "Connect to a wireless display". There we choose the Miracast product. We've also gone through Settings, Devices, Add, Wireless display and selected Miracast product to connect to it.
Miracast Products:
Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter (P3Q-00004)
HP Wireless Display Adapter (J1V25AA # ABB)
Affected computer models:
HP EliteBook Folio 9470m
- Intel Core i5-3427U 1.8Ghz
- Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6235
- Intel HD Graphics 4000
Things we tested:
- We have tried using our own image of Windows 10 (1703)
· We have also used a clean install of Windows 10 (1703)
· We have downloaded the latest drivers from Intel, HP and Lenovo. Also tested older versions.
· We have updated with Windows update to latest. Also tested without.
· DxDiag shows "Miracast: Available, with HDCP"
· Netsh wlan show driver shows "Wireless Display Supported: Yes (Graphics Driver: Yes, Wi-Fi Driver: Yes)"
· We have tested the update to the latest BIOS version. Also tested older version.
· Miracast products are updated to the latest version. Also tested older version.
· I have read that Miracast always begins with a "handshake" above 2.4Ghz. It seems that just the "handshake" does not succeed while we use 5Ghz.
· We tested installing a USB WLAN adapter. It did not work with this either.
· We can see that Microsoft Wi-Fi Direct Virtual Adapter is installed on your computer. It should be the adapter used for Miracast transmission
