Screen blackout appearing frequently
Experiencing black screen upto 2-3 times everyday. Its been 1 month I am facing this issue. The I have called you service several times, but no one picks the phone call. Please let me know how to return the product and get my money back?

Mouse pad
I'm very frustrated about this problem. I'm an elderly lady with no computer experience. I just bought this notebook and certainly didn't expect problems this soon.
My problem is that the mouse pad on this notebook is very eratic. When I click on something, the pointer has already moved to another part of the screen. Sometimes it takes four or five tries to get the pointer lined up with where I want to click and several clicks to actually get something open.
When I'm highlighting something, the mouse moves up and down so fast, I can't keep up with it.
When I'm moving the mouse across the page, it highlights other things along the way to where I'm putting it and opening random ads, etc. without me pressing on the button.
I have played with the mouse properties, trying to get the right sensitivity but nothing helps. I've checked the driver and was told I have the correct and most current driver installed already.
Please help me.

Optical drive not deteceted Envy 17 A9P78UAR#ABA
Optical drive (HP BD DC6E2SH) not detected. Disks slide in, spin and pop out about 8 to 10 seconds later. Device manager declares drive to be working properly. Did uninstall reinstall. This was a windows 7 Machine and I upgraded to Win 10. Was that myfirst mistake? HP BD DC6E2SH

Black screen after start up.
So I started up my laptop today and right after I signed in the screen went black. After 10 mins my screen came back to normal. I thought maybe it was a one time thing. But it now happens everytime I sign in. If anyone knows how to fix this please help.

Display show black spaces
Good day,
We having quite strange issue with one of our Probook 450 G4. There is black patches when you open applications on the laptop. We have a couple of Probook 450 G4 same models that are working perfectlly. This particalicr laptop also have an audio issue. Which I suppect that the motherboard are the root cause.
We have uninstall driver, reinstall updated to the latest driver and downgrade to older version of the driver with no success.

Display flickering when using a second monitor with HP Dock Connector to Ethernet and VGA Adapter
Hi experts!,
I have an LG monitor connected to the HDMI port of my Elitebook Folio 1040 G3 with W10 64b working fine. However, I want to use a second monitor (VGA) using the HP Dock Connector to Ethernet and VGA Adapter that came with the laptop.
The problem is that soon after I connect the second monitor, the first monitor (HDMI) starts going black for a moment intermittently. The frequency increases and after a while it becomes unusable. No flickering in the VGA monitor, though.
If I unplug the VGA cable (even keeping the Dock connector attached) the flickering stops.
Opening the laptop lid and using that display as the second monitor produces no flickering (although I don't consider that even a workaround)
I have updated bios and video drivers (after upgrading as indicated by the HP Support assistant application). Tried different cables and used another VGA monitor to connect to the HDMI port with an adapter. No change...
Any clues?

issue with screen display

I used to work on my hp notebook for 5-6 hour but from few days after 2 hours, screen color changes to green and some horizontal lines appears. It become difficult to read or write. I dont what are the reason.

AIO monitor viewing angle adjustment
Can anyone help a 'technological neanderthal' please. I have recently bought an AIO computer (as above). At the moment, l am developing a sore neck because the monitor is fixed in the vertical position. I have tried to adjust the angle by tilting the monitor back to a better viewing angle but have failed. The alloy block in the bottom of the monitor appears to be 'fixed'. Anyone know if it can be adjusted and if it can, how do you do it? Any help will be appreciated thanks.

Dual monitors - one sleeping
I have a HP ZBook 17 with a HP A7E34UT Docking Station and two 22 CWA Monitors. I am trying to utilized the two external monitors and not use my laptop monitor.
I have one monitor plugged into the rear of the docking station.
I have the other monitor plugged into the side of the docked Zbook.
The monitor plugged into the back of the docking station is working.
The one plugged intothe side of the laptop keeps sleeping.
I have gone into the "resolution" to see if I can detect the second monitor - it is not finding it.
Any assistance you can provide me is appreciated.

HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl000na keyboard
Hi,
First post and not sure if I have an issue or not?
Just purchased the HP Spectre x360 - 15-bl000na from the online shop. Just noticed that the keyboard sort of 'slopes' in the middle - also noticed the LHS 'shift' key also slopes a touch.
Is this normal or is it the keys are uneven?
Photo doesn't really do it justice but hopefully people can see what I'm talking about?

last week after wokx without any problem on my laptop put it as sleep then I took It to my friends house on my arrival I started it but it displayed s failure massage and ask me to diagnose the system by pressing f10 I did so but the process did not go through when it displayed another failure massage (system disk not found ) disk error

hp notebook 15-bs576tx laptop with amd radeon 520 graphics card drivers not compatible
I have bought this hp notebook 15-bs576tx laptop on september 3rd fro amazon.in. This laptop comes with dedicated amd radeon 520 graphics and integrated intel hd 620 graphics. I'm a designer, so i usually use the both adobe photoshop and illustrator softwares. This both softwares consumes GPU(i.e, graphic card). This laptop is with dos operating system, so i installed win 10, and after installing all drivers, graphic card drivers in not compatible with the graphics card, it has amd radeon 520 graphics , but instead it shows with amd radeon r5 m330 graphics, so the both adobe softwares not consumes the graphic card due to the incompatible of the drivers.
When i installed with intel hd 620 graphic drivers, the display blinks minutely every time.
I contacted the hp tollfree for this problem, they said bios is not updated, so after updating the bios driver , it get shut down automatically and i cant able to start it again.
Now i contacted Hp service center in my locality and making the process of replacement.
Does any one who using the same bs576tx model laptop, find this same problem. pls write here. Thanks.

HP Envy Cocopa DVD player - can't read dvd's
I tried all these fixes https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03370738 , but the problem actually was that the wire connecting the player to the usb port was loose at the dvd connection. If I push the cord further into the player, it works.

Touchscreen not working on HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-f027cl Sleekbook
The touchscreen is not working on this HP Pavilion TouchSmart 14-f027 after I connected with Teamviewer 7 (The version my company has a license for) and installing the most recent version of Citrix. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, update the bios, checked the settings for touch screens and everything shows as good. I have powered it off done a hard power off everything I can think of. User said it was working just fine before I connected and said it was ok if I couldn't get it to work again but thought I would post here because honestly it should work. I have scoured over the entire site looking for hints and tips but to no avail. Not sure what else there is left to try I mean I have gone to microsoft's page for touch screens not working everything. If this helps I am a desktop support tech with over 21 years of experience never had any thing like this happen before. I mean I know stuff can go out but thought perhaps something was funky with either teamviewer being an old version or Citrix because they both use "display adapters" of sorts. I honestly was hoping that there was a quick disable for the touch screen but no luck there either.

Touch not registering in middle of screen
The touch screen registers on the edges of the screen but not in the middle of the screen?
