I downloaded windows 10 32bit to the hp stream 11 and the mouse pad stop working, there is not driver for the mousepad on the HP site, does anyone know how to fix it. I can't use the 64bit it's to big for the hard drive

New 27" HP Envy 4k Monitor + USB C only mac book pro
Hello.
I purchased this monitor last week and have been unable to connect to my mac. I have a 2016 MacBook Pro. I took the computer to the Apple Store to check connection and I was able to connect right away.
I have followed all the reccomendations on this thread and have been unsuccessful. Conputer is up to date. Tried the supplied USB-C cable as well as an apple cable. All I can get to work is the HDMI connection which wont work for my needs.
Shouldnt this just be plug and play?
Please advise.

Omen video issue
I bought the new Omen laptop for fast on the go access and entertainment on 1 september 2017.
Immediately experienced issues with playing video. The screen freezes for a second and than continues. Sound plays normal. Very irritating. I've experienced this issue on USB, Netflix, You Tube and HDD. I've been able to update the GTX 1050 without problems. Gaming works great. No delay. I've tried to update the drivers of the HD 630 GPU allready 3 times but afther reboot it just goes bach to previous driver. Nothing seems to work.
On the desktop it now freezes too from time to time. As if the mouse gets stuck.
Very irritating on a brandnew laptop.
I went back to the store on 11 september explaining this problem. They told me they needed 1 week to determine the problem. And afther that when they had to send the laptop back, another 3 to 4 weeks!
It's a brandnew laptop. I can't mis it that long!
When I bought it, there was a guy from HP explaining me that HP repaires this laptop at home for 2 years. And the first 30 days HP would replace the laptop at home immidiately if there was a covered problem. The store told me I had to arrange this myself. Not very friendly. But so I did. Created a ticket on the HP website: [edited]. Afther that you can only call HP. No mail. I tried endlessly to get in. But always on hold. I am not very happy at the moment with my HP purchase.

HP Active Stylus paring
I contacted HP to get a compatible stylus for my Envy x360 m6 and was told the Active Stylus (9CP7061T73) was compatible. I have recieved the pen but am unable to get to it pair. How do I get it to pair? I have inserted the battery and touched it to the screen for 20+ seconds and have cycled through the buttons.

Laptop lock up and intermittent flashing
Does HP offer live chat like Amazon? If so how would I access that?
Is there an email address?
I have tried on the website that will ask for a serial number and product number but wont find my laptoip and thus wont take me to help.
What would cause a laptop to just lock up where keyboard and touch pad do not respond. That gets fixed by unplugging power if it happnes while plugged in and by plugging in power if it happnes while on battery.
Intermittently, the LCD starts flashing, white and black for a time and goes away.

Spectre x360 black screen after windows login
I have a new HP spectre x360 13-ac052na for 1 week and it has just shown a login display fairly.
After power up the windows login is displayed and after entering the password correctly the windows welcome message is displayed but then after a few minutes the screen just goes black. You can use the cntrl alt del keys to look at the task manager or you can reset the pc but noting else works.
No no extra sweet has been installed apart from norton security and Epsom printer driver.
Any ideas as currently it's unusable.

Keyboard wont work after my brother used a little bit of water to clean keyboard
So, my brother was using my laptop and he tried to wash the notebook with some water. Not much though, and the keys make a cracking noise when i type. And it says that the keyboard is working fine. Can someone please assist me on how to fix this?

Keyboard not working
Hello. You guys have been of great help since I registered so I hope you can help me with a new problem. I own a HP x2 10-p092ms, today I was going to ise it for college stuff. It turned on normally, but suddenly I noticed my mouse's pointer disappeard from the screen and the keyboard was not responding to any comand. I restarted it a bunch of times, but the keyboard just continues the same. Any idea what I can do???

HP ENVY TouchSmart 15-j053cl Notebook PC keyboard issue
Hello, I have problems with the keyboard of my laptop. It all began during a blackout a few days ago when the battery died, the next day when I turned on the laptop the keyboard started to malfunction. The function button (Fn) does not work, the led never turns on and some specific characters do not work either, such as the numbers 5, 6 and + symbol they are totally dead. I think it's a problem with the drivers, but I do not know where to download them for my model and for window 10.
Note: I've never spilled any liquid on the keyboard and I've never had any problem with the drivers before when I upgrade to window 10 a year ago.

As of this morning, the light on my mute button no longer works. the mute itself works, but it no longer lights up when muted. i attempted to update the driver but it did not help.

New laptop black screen when connecting multiple monitors
Hello,
Yesterday I purchased the HP omen laptop 15-CE015DX. I went through start up normally, downloaded anti-virus software, a couple games/apps, no problems. Then, I went to hook my two external monitors to it (one via HDMI, one via VGA-usb adapter bc there is no VGA slot on laptop). Hooking up the HDMI monitor caused no problems and I could extend the display with no issue but when I hooked up the VGA-usb adapter one and the laptop wasn't recognizing it in display settings (although it was recognizing it as PNP generic monitor). I had my Razer naga mouse plugged in too. I then restarted the laptop to see if that would fix, and it didn't. I was getting to the log-in screen and after logging in I would get a complete black screen where I could only see the mouse. I disconnected everything (all usb cables) and problem persisted. Restarted laptop again, and I couldn't even see the start up screen this time just a straight black screen but I could hear the laptop working. I did a system restore (F11 at startup, I think) last night and am unsure what to do next in regards to the monitors/mouse. Is my second external monitor (VGA/usb one) or the razer mouse incompatible with the operating system or something?

Second monitor is not connecting
I cant seem to get the 2nd monitor connecting or even finding the 2nd monitor on the laptop, The laptop is connected by a HDMI input and the 2nd monitor connected to a Samsung monitor to a DVI input. The monitor comes on but is searching for the computer and the laptop has no monitor in the devices. Pls Help. I have had the laptop connecvted to another monitor about 9mths ago
