I have multiples Windows opened such as Word, Excel, Acrobat and Firefox tabs in the laptop with ATI RADEON R7 M365X, INTEL HD Graphics 520, 32GB RAM and running Windows 10 v. 1607, docked in a docking station with two external monitors using the DP ports. Every time I log out and log back in, all Windows goes back to the laptop. I have to drag all of them back to the external monitors and resize each one of them. My displays setting is landscape and extended mode. Is there a way to prevent this from happen and make all opened Windows stayed where they are?
Your help to resolve this issue is greatly appreciated.

Brightness no longer adjustable
I can no longer adjust the brightness on my lap top. I have tried several solutions listed on this forum but none have been successful. My display driver is up to date and I uninstalled the recent update with no success. All other hot keys besides the brightness are functional. I cannot adjust the brighness through the windows mobility center either.

Active Pen For Envy X360
Hello,
I recently ordered a ENVY 15-aq193ms X360 Laptop and was wondering which active pen is compatable with this model.
Everywhere I look I can find different Envy x360 models listed for use with the HP Active pen but I am unable to find this particular model listed as compatable. I have looked at all the compatibility documents listed on the HP websidte.
I ordered this version because it came with 128g SSD as well as 1tb HHD and it was a very good price with the i7-7500u intel processor. Unfortunately if there are no active pens that are available for this model ( would be odd since there are cheaper envy models that are compatable) I may have to send it back, get a different ENVY and then add my own 128g SSD.

Laptop Replacement - DOA
My laptop display had stopped working in just 2 days of purchase and have used all trouble shooting techniques and have got an onsite visit from the HP technician. The issue could not be resolved and today I got a letter from HP stating the device has been declared DOA and have asked me to take the replacement letter along with the laptop and accessories in the orginal carton box back to the reseller.
My problem is that I do not have the original box (sorry I did not think of needing a replacement so soon that I forgot to read the replacement instructions on product purchase). So before I have to listen to terms and conditions from the dealer or some other excuse for not replacing my laptop. . .I just wanted to confirm if the original carboard box is mandatory for replacement of the device or is it ok if I just take the laptop and charger.

Problems with Synaptics Touchpad
English is not my first language, everything might not be gramatically correct.
I'm currently on Windows 10 Enterprise RS2 x64 and on Synaptics Touchpad Driver 19.0.19.63. If I'm left clicking the lower left keypad button and then moving the touchpad, the touchpad left-clicks it. F.example, I left click start menu and are going to hover over the menu but it left-clicks and closes start menu (but I can still use it to hover over stuff, it just left-clicks before I'm able to do that. If I use the upper left touchpad button and clicks start menu, it opens, and when I use touchpad to hover over it does not left click but allow me to hover over things. I'm in Norway and are using the driver downloaded from the Norwegian site, although I checked the American site and they also supply the 19.0.19.63 driver as the newest driver.
EDIT: I have also tried older drivers (found one on my hdd from 31st of January, version 19.0.19.54) but same result here. It does not happen when driver is uninstalled, but then the scroll function is gone (which I really like to use), but windows auto-updates me back to 19.0.19.63.
EDIT #2: Terribly sorry for any confusion, it's getting late here in Norway and I wrote Symantec instead of Synaptics.

G6-2200 laptop keyboard occasionally stops working
Hello,
My daughter's laptop occasionally stops responding during use. Sometimes a simple OS reboot is sufficient to solve the issue, other times I have to literally take the laptop apart and unplug/replug the keyboard to make it work. Does someone have any suggestions about what to do? Thanks!
What is the best driver for this keyboard? Once I tried to uninstall it in the device manager and reinstall it, but Windows was not able to determine the appropriate driver by itself...

Cursor Jumps Erratically on Screen
The cursor of my HP Envy laptop jumps around erratically, even when I am not touching the mouse or computer. It is greatly reducing my productivity. It is impossible to gain control of the cursoe as it is unrepsonsive. Each time I have to shut down my computer. This is the worst laptop I've owned. I need a solution. Please help.

Cracked Spectre x360 screen
I was doing work on my spectre and i left it partially closed on my table and left for dinner. When I cam back, there were a series of cracks on the left hand side of the screen. No pressure or contact had been applied to the area and there was no one else in the room. I read on th internet that numerous other spectre owners experienced a similar issue. Is this a manufacturing error? What can be done to solve this?

Dual Screen on Elite Book X2 1012 G1 tablet
Hi,
I have a new work notebook/tablet. Its an Elite Book X2 1012 G1 Tablet.
I want to be able to use 2 external screens when at my desk.
I have been supplied a USB A HP travel dock with the device.
When I plug this is it sees the VGA output to a screen, but not the HDMI to the second screen.
Can someone tell me if i am doing something wrong, or if only one output is supported from the device or the dock.
Is there a way to acheive dual screens with the device.

Unable to Install Win 10 GPU Drivers on HP G4 450
When trying to install the intel GPU drivers, which have been downloaded from the HP Drivers download page, it keeps erroring and says that "the computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software.".
Currently only the windows basic video driver is present and I am unable to use a external screen with the laptop.
The operating system installed is Windows 10 Education Version 10.0.15063 Build 15063.
I've tried extracting the drivers and installing them and had no luck, i've also got the 620 intel setup from the intel website and this hasn't worked, if anybody could lend a hand i'd be very thankful!

Keyboard not working after upgrade to windows 10
OK.
My computer was having issues with the hard drive so I replaced the hard drive. I dnot have any of the disks that came with the computer. I really wanted to goto windows 7 but then realized the touch screen is not in play. So I upgraded to windows 10 again. The problem I am having is that the keyboard or mouse no longer works.
I have tried deleting all of the drivers and restarting and then rebooting the computer only to find the same drivers installed and the keyboard still doesn't work. I did install a different chipset to get windows 7 to run on my computer. Could this be an issue?
Any help is appreciated. Thx

Touchpad
Please he lp me disable the touchpad. The button at top, left of the touchpad makes no light at all and does not allow me to disable, I do not have the suggested options in the settings field as per various google searches, I wanted to try the link posted in your previous comments, I suspect it might have expired, can you please provide a new one?

HP Active Pen J4R51AA#ABL (US) not working on Spectre x360 Model No. 15-AP012DX
I bought the HP active pen for my daughter to take notes in college (they are only allowed to use PC in tablet mode to avoid netflix watching). She is reporting the pen is horrible - cuts in an out - is not precise, etc.

Help!! envy monitor has gone wacko
My monitor on my Envy 360 went wacko. It turned a shade of pink then turned green and now seems to burn everything you open or look at into the screen and now it stopped showing my cursor on it. Can this be fixed, replaced etc.?

I have a laptop elitebook running on windows 7 64 bit. I tried to install windows SP1 but while 30% of installation the creen went dark and the laptop can't even work on external monitor. I have tried all ways possible to troubleshoot including replacing memory but still not working. The computer powers on well and i can hear the fan running and even the LED light next to the camera is lighting up. Any help please?

HP Achive Pen
I am a student
I got this Laptop becasue I thought I would be able to use it with a style pen but I havent been able to; only with those round rubber pens which doesn't work will with me. I was woundering if my laptop would be able to use the new HP Achive Pen. I've had this laptop for since April of 2016. Even tho it's a great laptop it would be a lot more helpful with the style pen.

Screen hinge falling apart
My laptop hinge started falling apart in May 2017. When I closed the screen initally it would make a clicking noise. It has now got a lot worse and I can no longer close my screen without the hinge coming apart and the inside of the screen being uncovered.
How can this be fixed? I know that my warranty is over as I have had my laptop for about 2.5 years. Is there a large fee for this as well?
Would I be better getting it done externally and not use HP? Can I try and fix it myself by purchasing the pieces required?
I would really appreciate to hear back from anyone who has had the same issues,
