Brief summary:
In battery mode, my display freeze intermittently and fast black screen jumps until the PC is completely blocked, sometime, it happens very rarely, that blocking stopped after several minutes.
An OFF / ON makes it possible to get a "normal" situation for a few minutes but that efew minutes later, the freezing screen restart and finaly the PC gets blocked.
During the freezes of the PC, which can last a few seconds, if I type text, of course it does not appear during the freezing but the typed characters during the freeze appear suddenly when defreezing. Same phenomenon with video.
By connecting the power supply the problem disappears!
I have not found any correlation with the CPU usage, the CPU temperature, the percentage of battery remaining, economy mode or not.
I have already followed somes french HP support tips:
- updated drivers and windows (everything is ok),
- reinstallation via the restore HP.
But the problem was not solved.
In fact, I re-install windows twice. The second time, I checked if the problem was present with old drivers and the effect of all the updates.
Before the last version of the video drivers, the black screen were longer and some time instead of black the screens were scrambled, the duration was up to 2 or 3 seconds.
The windows update didn't have any effects.
I didn't install any softwares that can perturbate the tests.
What can I do ?
