Hi please my laptop refused coming on. Have removed the battery and unplugged the charger pressed the power button for some seconds then plugged in the battery back and connected the charger, pressed the power button and the caps lock was blinking with the sides blinking indicating it's charging and the power button light is also showing, the fan noise is on but the screen is not showing light. Please what do I do this problem started just about an hour ago after noticed suddenly the laptop went off while I was still using it

Windows creators update Flashing
Hello,
I just had windows 10 1703 creators update installed on my laptop and have a problem that is driving me nuts. The laptop display flashes randomly off and off quickly, like when you connect an external monitor type flash. I have a thinkpad USB 3.0 dock that drivers two monitors also connected to the notbook. Those monitors do not flash. Also the laptop screen even flashed with the dock completely disconnected so that leads me to believe it is a notbook driver not the dock.
I have tried to updating the display link drivers to the newest and uninstalled and reinstalled the newest hp intel graphics drivers and still no fix. Anyone have any other suggestinos?

Videos won't play
I am having the exact same problems this woman is having. EXACT same. They started only about 4 or 5 months after purchasing my new HP envy with windows 10. Restarting my computer would occasionally fix the issue, but I had to restart it EVERY time I wanted to watch a video, not ideal if I'm watching multiple in a row for one of my college courses. It's now about a year later, meaning the warranty has expired, the computer is unreturable, and none of my videos ever work, no matter what I try. There is obviously something wrong with the computers themselves. Is this an issue that HP is aware of and is working on?? I am highly dissappointed with this product and shouldv'e stuck to my gut instincts and purchased a Mac.

does this have a normal mouse and pointer feature or is everything just touch. they key pad works fine for typing. but i would like to use the touchpad like a traditional mouse and pointer. How can i do that, if i can?

Video streamed content freezing + loud buzz sound
When playing video content online (eg. Youtube) the content will often freeze (video stops, mouse unable to move) for up to 30 seconds, with an loud internal buzz. It happens more frequently when playing content in fullscreen. If I watch Youtube videos for 2 hours, it can easily happen up to 3 times.
The laptop is well cared for, with 725 GB space, regularly checked for viruses, and kept at home. I have tried different webbrowsers (Chrome +Mozilla), but this doesn't appear to solve the issue.
Laptop purchased in feb 2017 and still in warrenty - should I send it for repairs, or can I easily solve this?

Eltiebook 840g2 num lock keeps turning off with backlight
Hi everyone, I've tried doing some searching but most results seem to be turning num lock on or off after reboot but not the issue we're having.
Happens on Win10 and win7. Basically if you turn the num lock key on, the indicator lights up, it works great. But as soon as the keyboard backlight switches off/goes to sleep it turns the numlock off, the indicator light does not come back on once the keyboard is woken up again, and you need to double press the numlock button to get it to come on again. The graphic display for numlock seems to think it was still on as the first time you press the numlock switch the light doesn't come on and the pop up says switching to off, although it wasn't actually on after keyboard wake up.
Obviosuly extremely painful for people working with numbers a lot, after 5 seconds the keyboard backlight goes to sleep and everything goes haywire.
There doesn't seem to be any numlock specific options in the BIOS and the only relevant option I can find is stopping the keyboard backlight from going to sleep, but I really shouldn't have to do that.
Any help would be much appreciated, thank you.

screen brightness won´t adjust
Hello my notebook hp envy doesnt change the brightness,i tried to uninstal de monitor drivers and refresh and it didnt work even after a restart,the fn buttons work the slide goes up and down but the brightness dont change.

No windows ink but stylus/active pen compatible?
Hi,
I went to best buy and the tech support there told me that if a laptop does not have windows ink then it is not stylus/active pen compatible. I don't think that is true. Can someone help me here.
Windows ink is something to do with the newer windows 10 version and for a laptop to be stylus or active pen compatible does not depend on whether it has windows ink or not. There are other softwares that can be used for writing or sketching using stylus or active pen. I thought its the hardware that makes a laptop receptive to pen.
For the model, HP ENVY x360 - 15-bp051nr I am finding it hard to figure out if it has the stylus or active pen interface or not. There is no information on the HP's website. I will really appreciate someone clearing this confusion.
Also why there are so many different models for the same HP laptop genre, for e.g. Envy. And when you type the specific model in the search box it is not found. Silly!

Video card issue windows 10
Hi,
I have Intel HD Graphics 620 integrated video card and AMD Radeon R5 M330 video card. OS is win10 64 bit. I did few weeks before a windows 10 update, since that the videos are not displayed. Only sound on while playing videos..
I updated the beta version of AMD driver, still having the same issue.
In device manager if I click on updating driver for video cards, it shows latest version is installed...

Help with touchpad envy x360
When I'm using the touchpad if I touch the screen at all it changed to touchscreen but then I can't change it back to touchpad without restarting the laptop. Does anyone know how to quickly change from one to the other?
