Hello artisans,

 

I bought my PAVILION 15 BC015TX last year,it`s the non-touch one.

 

To get a better useing efficient, I want to change my non-touch display to the touch display.

 

And I checked the official website and find it possible to make it as there`s another version which has the touch display.

 

 

And I got the Maintenance and Service Guide and I think I got  the spare part number of those things.

 

 

Where can I  buy these things on the list?

 

Or where there`s a searching system of those part number?

(Maybe I can know about its model number from  the sytem??)

 

I`m going to do it myself

or if it`s too hard to do , where can I find the skillful people to help??

 

And can I still have the Guarentee of the product after doing this???

 

PS: I`m not the US user of HP, the answers in my country`s HP wesite seems not be likely to answer me....

I have an HP Stream 7, 8.1 operating system. On the start up main screen, there is now a small icon, botton left, that appears to me a monitor icon, with a red x on it. The screen is non responsive

Bilgisayarımı internette,masaüstünde facebook gibi yerlerde çok rahat kullanabiliyorum hatta 1080p hiç sıkıntı çekmeden film izleyebiliyorum fakat herhangi bir oyuna girdiğimde bu çok düşük sistem gereksinimi isteyen oyun bile olsa ekranımda kararmalar oluyor.Ekran 3-4 saniye kararıp geri geliyor ve bu sürekli oluyor ama dediğim gibi sadece oyun içinde.Ekran kartı driverlarım güncel,bilgisayarımı yeni temizlettirdim ve soğutuculu platform üzerinde kullanıyorum yani ısınma ile ilgili hiçbir sıkıntım yok lütfen bana yardımcı olun

I bought HP 27er Monitor about 2 Months ago, I noticed that it kept flikering consistently, more prominent when I am watching a vidoe clips.

I have switched the HDMI port.

Did not work.

Any fix for this?

Op de gekste momenten begint mijn touchscreen raar te doen. Er ontstaan bluwe rondjes, soms vierkantjes van ongeveer 1 cemtmeter groot. Als ik pech heb is dat op een punt waar iets aangeklikt kan worden. Het kan soms snel gaan waardoor mijn hele document waar ik aan werk aan alle kanten wordt bewerkt. Als ik op internet bezig ben, kan mijn touchscreen zijn eigen gang gaan en puur toevallig op links klikken. Erger is dat er soms instellingen worden gewijzigd.

Wat is er mis? Mijn beeldscherm heb ik al een paar keer schoongemaakt. Het lijkt op een soort kortsluiting in de aansturing of zoiets. I heb er geen verstand van.

Mijn notebook heb ik half 2013 gekocht. Het probleem begon l twee jaar geleden en is erger geworden. Ik heb weinig voordelen gehad van dat touchscreen. Als ik het kan uitschakelen, is dat al een oplsossing. Hoe doei dat in Wondows 10?

just bought the HP envy x360 at costco but can not find any connector work with my 24 inch monitor. tried using hdmi to vga and usbc to vga none works. Any suggestion or known issues? might return it if this laptop doesn't even support external monitor.

Any help will be appreciated.

I have an Acer H203H monitor.  I just purchased an HP Envy laptop and am having trouble adding this monitor to this laptop.  I got a VGA to HDMI adapter and this did not work.  So I got a DVI to DVI adapter using my Toshiba Hub that I used with my previous Toshiba laptop.  This did not work either.  I don't know if the hub is the problem so I just ordered a DVI to HDMI adapter to try directly without using the hub at all.  This may or may not work.  Does anyone have any ideas here?  The new laptop has two USB ports and an HDMI port.  It does not have any VGA or DVI ports.  My Toshiba Hub has a VGA, DVI, 6 USB ports plus headphone jacks etc.  Is this just a matter of changing a setting somewhere or is the Acer monitor just not compatible with an HP laptop?  Thanks for your help.

My daughter fell on the laptop and cracked the touch screen. The LCD screen is fine. I've been looking for a replacement screen, unable to find one. Is it possible to replace just the screen?  Any help would be great.

We recently purchased an HP Pavillion x360 for our sonto use in school. I saw it has windows inking, which i thought would be a good tool for him to use.

Which digital pen should we buy him to get this option to work? We purchased one from Office Depot but it did not register the touch.... i wanted him to use this for note taking/sticky notes/and highlighting his digital text books.

I just Re-install my Win7 on new SSD on my laptop, and when i download the graphic driver from hp online support i getting Errors during installation.
I have win7 64bit
Hp g6 1270sj
And i try to install the sp55025.exe package
The Error is "amd catalyst application install package failure"
After that it seems everything is fine and when checking device manager the driver is Ok but.. when i try to use video edit softwares like movie maker that needs the amd driver ( and not intel ) i seeing black screen on application.

Please helppppp????

Hi, I just updated my windows 10 on Envy laptop but some functions in synaptics are missing ie. two and three fingers setting is missing, unable to right-click etc.

 

Anyone has this problem?

Hi, yesterday I went over to a friend's house with the laptop I got 17 days ago, and when I got there, my touchpad wasn't working. I tried this on both Windows 10 and TAILS, but both times my tochpad was acting as if it were unplugged. In the Windows under device manager, the touchpad isn't even showing up as a "mouse and pointing device". Any thoughts?
