My beloved Hp 6930p screen has gone deem. First it displays and error me message.
"Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We are collecting some error info, and then we will restart for you. (100% complete)
If you'd like to know more, you can search online for this error: VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (akitmpag.sys)"
On a blue screen.
It never boot normally again, when I reboot, It reboots into crash and same error comes up again and again.
When I tried it with an external Monitor and it works.

Blinking LED Keyboard

When I turn on the computer at times my Keyboard starts to randomly blink. The more I use it the more it keeps blinking. If I have to use the keyboard during the blinking time it will sometimes erase my entries. If I keep my finger on F5 it will stop. I called HP and they said virus and for just the virus protection they wanted $250.00 not coun ting to fix the problem. That is almost half of what I paid for the unit.

I have tried various free AV but it doesn't pick up the virus. Malywarebytes doesn't see it either. Any solutins Can nt go back in time they said that I had an upgrade recently and can't go back in restore point. Why have retore points,

So basically whenever i'm on my laptop, the screen will randomly shut off and I have to power down the system to fully turn it off. I did some research and this problem might be because of a faulty part, I wasn't sure if this was the issue so I thought I would come here for more answers. Thank you.

Hi!

So, I bought this laptop (HP Omen AX-209 NP) this week and I saw that the calibration of the screen wasn't good.

As you can see bellow, all the reds (#FF0000) seems orange.

I've had an HP Pavilion series g laptop for about 4 years, two of which the laptop screen has not worked. It originally worked with my desktop screen, but then started working only on and off. Last summer I had the Geek Squad at Best Buy (where I got the computer) look at another laptop and told them about my HP laptop. He quickly looked at it, too the battery out, and plugged it in without the battery. It came on. He did a few other things with the battery and then said it worked fine. I got home and no such luck. It's just sat there since. Is there something I can try? I feel it's a glitch in the screen. It comes on otherwise.

I bought the HP Active Stylus for my HP Pavilion All in One Desktop computer. I figured that since this is a HP pen, that it would be compatible with this HP Desktop. But websites say that this pen does not pair with Bluetooth, so I am a little confused by how this pen can pair up with my Desktop, that is if it is compatible. If not, is there another proffesional HP stylus pen that is compatible with the HP Pavilion All in One Desktop for digital artists. Thank you!

My built-in Web Cam was previously working but I am unable to access it now. I went to the HP site and looked under device manager and then looked for imaging devices. Imaging devices is not an option on my computer. I downloaded YouCam and that is saying that a webcam can not be found. I am not sure how to fix this problem. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, not happy to be here! I have a touchscreen laptop I bought right at a year ago. Went to turn it on a few weeks ago and screen stayed black and wouldn't power on. Ok, thought I must've let the battery run out. Nope. Plug in and the Orange light glows but nothing happens. I done the whole take the battery out, unplug everything stuff, no change. Thought maybe the battery was bad, bought a new one. Nope. I should mention tho that when power cord isn't in it and I hold down power button it does briefly flash white at the plug in point. That's it tho. Of course, HP says "out of warranty" so I'm stuck with a $300 laptop that I didn't even use a year. Any idea? Took to a shop and they won't touch it bc said sounds like could be motherboard and not worth fixing it is. Help!

Hi,

I tried to adjust my display brightness and found that "apply" and "revert" button are not functioning. There's no way for me to click on it. I just bought this laptop last week with windows already installed, and wondering whethere there's any issue with the windows?

I am having this same issue for the last 6 months or so, did anyone ever officially solve this? I am out of warranty of course but I have been HP customer for a longgg time! Several desktop computers and printers and now this x360 which at the time cost a fortune. Very disappointing if this cannot be resolved! I too use this laptop for school and cannot be down a laptop for an extended period of time. Looks like I may finally have to go Apple products *sigh*

hello, my laptop HP 345 G2, this prosesor is A8 - 6410 Apu with amd radeon (TM) R5 graphic, but in HP site https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-345-g2-notebook-pc/6732478/document/c04456984 this laptop graphic is AMD Radeon R5 M240 (2GB DDR3 dedicated, switchable), my OS windows 10 64 bit, does my laptop have 2 (integrated and dedicated) graphics card ?, and if my laptop have 2 graphics card, how to switching to dual graphics ?
