Black Screen After Sleep in Windows 10 Creator
Since the Windows 10 Creator Upgrade the laptop disply will not consistantly come out of a black screen when waking up. Close the lid to go to sleep. Open the lid to wake up. The machine wakes, but there is no display.
The symptom is that the screen does brighten, a little, so it is in fact on and connectedon. There is no mouse. It's an "ON" device with no display.
The workaround is to close the lid to go to sleep again, then as soon as the fan stops, open the lid again. Repeat this process until the display kicks in. It will usually work second time. Sometimes it takes three or four attempts.
One interesting "tell" is that there will be a quick flicker of the screen immediatly if the screen is waking properly. If there is no quick flicker then the screen with stay blank.
I assume there are in fact driver updates needed, but none are found when searching for this product.

Black Screen when starting games on High Performance.
I upgraded this Laptop to Windows 10, but When I start games on high performance, they just give me a black screen.
I have just factory reset to Windows 10, as 7 is no longer available to me.

After signing in with Windows Hello, camera stays on with red lights blinking.
After signing with with Windows Hello, the two small redlights on either side of the camera stay on, and I assume the camera stays on as well.
The only way to stop it is to go to Settings and set up Windows Hello again.
Initially it happened just every once in a while. But in the past week, it's been happening with increasing frequency (2-3 times per day)
There are plenty of resources to help when the camera won't turn on, but I haven't been able to find anything about what to do if the camera won't turn off.

Flickering screen issue in HP spectre x360 15'
Hello.
My screen flickers repeatedly, usually from the bottom half downwards. This can go on for hours and usually stops with the scroll of the mouse but starts immediately afterwards. When the notebook is plugged via HDMI, the flickering stops but once off HDMI, it starts again. I just got it in April and it makes using the notebook really annoying...I can't keep it plugged to HDMI everytime.

I updated my HP HDX 18 to windows 10 and it seems that there is no way to have the integrated TV tuner working with windows 10.
it is not available in the list of the hardware mentioned in the device manager tool.
Could you help me to see what is the blocking point, please?

EliteBook 8470P screen flickering
My EliteBook 8470P screen is sometimes flickering even if I didn't make any activity (ex. desktop, IE is opened), issue sometimes happens and sometimes not.
I tried to open some games such as PES 2016 but nothing happened, it always occures in the same place in the screen
Note : first time issue occured was with the whole screen but after making windows updates and using later intel driver issue always occres at the righ side of the screen as shown in the attached images.
Need your valuable advice and support as I bought this 8470P from about 2 weeks ago (used) and I'm totally disappointed with this behaviour.
Laptop is working perfect and never freezed.

My laptop just stopped connecting to my second screen.
my second screen has been working fine and now all of a sudden it is not working anymore. monitor is fine, hdmi cord is fine, display driver has been updated and hardware diagnostics run . the HP support online shows old screen shots that dont match my windows 10. I can access the display settings from the start menu and i keep selecting extend but it is not doing anything - wont display my monitor and then re-sets to the show pc screen only. cannot find anything current on this online and i have been at this all day. please help. ps dont know if i have 32 or 64 bit but it is windows 10. thank you

Glitching Screen, Random Video Shake, Blocks
Hi,
I was having a great experience with my 15" x360. I needed virtualization features, so I upgraded my Windows version to Pro. I also have to enable the virtualization feature in the BIOS.
Everything was great. Then a windows update happend an after a day or so, my desktop would show random shakes. It always happens below where my mouse it. It would show blocks once in a while, but mostly shakes and mostly below the mouse. Though sometimes the entire screen will shake.
I tried following the FAQ on the device page, and there was a Screen_Fix.exe I downloaded. I followed the instructions for a hard reboot, boot into safe-mode, and run the EXE. Things were good.
Then Windows updated itself again, then the shaking came back. I tried the Screen_Fix.exe method and no luck. I tried the latest video drivers on the HP support page and still no luck.
I do have the latest nVidia drivers as I need them for the eGPU setup I have (1070).
Does anyone have any advice? I love this thing and the thunderbolt 3 part is great.
I do have an extended warranty on this laptop so I can always switch it out I suppose, but I rather not.

Turn off mulitouch in display?
I have a proprietary piece of kiosk software that i use for karaoke, and it was designed to run best on a touchscreen monitor. Unfortunately the author no longer supports it, so it is not possible to ask them to fix my issue.
It works flawlessly with a separate Usb touchscreen monitor, but when i try to use it with my Envy x360 I have to double tap everything for it to register as a single press.
For example, if i am searching forthe artist elvis i would have to tap the following sequence
"EELLVVIISS" and then tap the search button twice.
When i asked the person who gave me the software he said its because that all new touchscreen computers are multi-touch and this program was designed for an oldstyle single touch monitor.
Is there any kind of setting or way that i can get my Envy 360 to use singletouch only from the display?
