Hi. Recently I closed my laptop as usual and when I reopened the lower right part of the screen was popping out and has cracks around the side. I know it wasn't dropped or anything.I still have a warranty and just hope it's still cover it.Everything works just fine. The main crack is in the black bezel area. But every day it's become bigger and bigger. Anyone know how to contact HP directly and resolve this problem? Because when I trying to reach them the website sending me in this forum only.
I live in UK.
Thanks.
I was using my HP computer hooked up to the Dell D3100 Docking Station which was extending my display to 4 different monitors, one on my computer, two on HDMI and the other one on VGA (an adaptor was used to covert the VGA to USB lightning). This was working properly for months and the new update what was just around the week of 06/01/2017 caused my VGA monitor not to work. It does not work at all even if I unplug it from the docking station and direct connect into computer. The monitor works with another of my computers, so i know it is not the issue of a faulty monitor.
The issue of the VGA monitor started with the HP update. Is there anyway to fix this?
I have had problems with offline printer messsage which has been on and off for a while.

Hello,
I have the following issue:
My laptop doesn't show my internal graphics card: not in the NVIDIA Control Panel, nor on the Device Manager. It only shows the GTX 1070.
If I try to install the Intel HD 630 Graphics Drivers, it gives me an error saying I don't meet the minimum requirements.
I've installed all other drivers for the laptop and updated the Bios (also checked for an option in the Bios to enable the Internal Graphics card but with no luck).
I also tried a fresh OS install and it didn't work.
I'm running out of options here.
Hope someone can help me.
Help!! I've recently installed a fresh Windows 10 x64 and my webcam doesn't work!! I've tried looking for the driver file at https://support.hp.com/mx-es/drivers/selfservice/hp-pavilion-15-p000-notebook-pc-series/6936226/model/7158352 but it is not listed.
Where can I find the correct driver?
I am quite new to this forum but I am I having trouble with my Hp Compaq Presario F577CL Notebook (part of the F500 series notebook.) Whenever I go into Microsoft Windows Vista or any operating system on this notebook it always left clicks on it's own in the area the pointer is in so when I am typing it left clicks and I have to press the escape key everytime. I also tried to do a system recovery and reinstalling using the recovery partition but the touchpad issue still remains. I tried dualbooting it with Microsoft Windows 7 to see if I would get the same issue. After the install the touchpad still kept left clicking. I even installed Ubuntu to see if the issue proceeds and it did. Does anyone know what is going on?

Hi Gurus,
My new HP laptop is displaying the icons within an application/software program are displayed too small (very very tiny) which is working fine in other laptops. I feel some setting is off and I played by selecting all the resolutions available from the list combined with other options but nothing solved it. I worked with the order processing software application technician and he says it's not the issue with the application as other icons like in MS Outlook Send/Receive window also look very tiny. Appreciate if someone could help me here please. Thanks much in advance for your help and guidance here.

The system crashed was due to format the laptop. I have reinstalled all the drivers, but as soon as I try to install the AMD HD6770M Video Card Driver, my computer crashes ... Black screen, and I have to restore it ... the only way is to disable the card and use only that integer .. i Tried several drivers downloaded from the HP site but can not find a good one ... how can i do it?

Every time that I try to update my driver to the newest version (10.18.15.4279) I am given the "your computer does not meet the requirements for this driver" error. I have rebooted my computer numerous times. I have plenty of space on my hard drive and my computer and the driver are both 64 bit. I currently have the base driver from HP installed (10.18.15.4248 Rev.A) I am getting very frustrated. Please help.
Hi,
Since about a week my notebook freezes randomly. It happens more or less daily, while I use it for about 3 to 4 hours per day. The only way out is to press the power button for 5 seconds to power it off, then restart.
I've searched the Windows event logs for some clues, but can't find anything that is consistently there when the problem occurred.
I'm on the Windows 10 Creators update since a few weeks, but the problem didn't immediately start occurring after that, so it doesn't feel related. I can see there has been an upgrade of the NVidia GeForce drivers last week as well, but the problem started occurring before that date, so it doesn't seem related either.
Any clues? Thanks in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Stijn
I have a HP Notebook - 15-ay101tu Intel® Core™ i3-7100U (2.4 GHz, 3 MB cache, 2 cores) laptop with WIN 10 pro 32bit operating system. The problem is that I cant control the brightness of the screen .Its always in 0 level. To fix this issuie following steps were taken.
1.Updated the OS.
2.Display adapter drivers were uninstalled and scanned for affected drivers.
3.Intel(R) Driver Update Utility 2.8 installed and scanned. But the drivers are upto date.
But still Iam facing to same issuie. Please see the below images.
I have the same issue, and your link does not point anywhere anymore. I'm trying to install HP's latest (from 2011...) driver, and the catalyst software package is just not installing, hence I cannot use the AMD GPU... Which is annoying. (It does not switch on.)
